A solid company. Had a problem with an item I bought and contacted support, they respond quickly and politely. Helped me through the whole problem and got a solution fast. A great place to shop.

Bought a VSR-CQB sniper rifle, extra mags, BB’s, and a mask. Shipping was quick. Products are awesome. One of the mags had a feeding issue so I called them and they replaced it no questions asked. I would highly recommend them to others and will continue to buy from them.

Absolutely great company. Walked in and was greeted immediately and was helped by a technician who was on his lunch break. Those putting customers first gladly is a great thing. Would definitely and do recommend this airsoft company to all.

I have bought most of my gear from AMS and have no reservations. Their customer service is exceptional and they are very helpful answering any questions you may have.

I looked on a few other websites for multiple different products, and I found that for every product this site had better prices, as well as product descriptions.

Let's all be honest here. How many companies pay for reviews? A ton. But a little common sense goes a long way. What are these companies really going to pay for review? A discount, $5, $10? Perhaps, but you can decipher the honest reviews from the paid reviews. Whether it's good or bad, people are going to take the time to write what they honestly feel.

With that being said, here's my review. I discovered this place about 6 months ago. I have had nothing but positive experiences to share. Communication via email, phone or in person has pretty much been a five-star experience. I have had several interactions with staff members whenever I drop by to pick something up. They are always friendly, willing to help, and always say hello whether they are busy filling orders or pulling stuff from the warehouse. A company like this needs to be personable and customer friendly for people to want to return and continue making purchases. I was just actually in there today exchanging a product that I had purchased last week and had no issues whatsoever.
The pricing at AMS feels reasonable and competitive compared to a lot of the other local stores. Every product that I have purchased here has been quality and I have been very happy with it. I cannot complain about anything I have purchased here. The only problem I have, is that the more I search through their website, the more I want to buy. But, isn't that what every company wants?

I feel that AMS has been and will continue to be my go to airsoft shop.

This company pays for their 5 star reviews. That bribery and should be against the law. Do NOT trust any reviews from this site. That being said, my experience with this company was excellent and I would most definitely order from them again.

I purchased an ICS B&T BT5 MX5-Pro from Airsoft Megastore this spring and was saddened by the fact that the original one I received was DOA. The trigger group wouldn't work at all. Fortunately, Airsoft Megastore made it right and I packed up the gun and shipped it back which they promptly replaced with a new one, tested and shipped. The new one has been working awesome and the replacement shipping was very fast. Thanks Airsoft Megastore

A-1 Quality & Good $

I bought this from your ad shortly after buying a Taurus PT92-AFS in 9mm due to its similarities to the real thing. I’m 71 years old and just now finished a move that took 10 months so I have yet to fire it. Upon examination, I couldn’t believe the high quality of workmanship and materials. A-1 throughout! The price was far lower than I expected. My first Airsoft gun and I intend to practice at home with it when I can’t get to the range so now that the weather is warming, I may be able to try it out finally! Thanks - Bob €:•}
