You did a great job, shipping it to me in a timely manner, especially since it came from over seas.. you promptly answered all my emails too..

It awesome, is easy and very understandable

I bought an ares mk 4 no 1 (t). The message that the replica would be in transport would normally arrive after 2 weeks. After 4 weeks of nothing, i contacted them. The gun is still being worked on. After 2 more weeks i asked again. Now the gun was busted and they had to wait for replacement parts. After a few more weeks, no news. I asked for a refund. They agreed, they would refund it within a week. After 2 more weeks, we are now in a paypal claim, trying to get me my money back. Terrible service. Unreliable shop. I had to approach them all the time about the status of my order. If i didnt contact them, i would still have been in the dark.

This was my first time using SWIT and I’ve heard good things and the website is so great and easy to navigate! I saw the chat box was there if I needed help so I thought that was great.

It was simple quick to order and explains in details the ordering and tariffs process.
Hope everything goes well with my order and receive a great product. Will follow up after I receive it .

Dreadful company, bad communication and a product that doesn’t even work properly. I bought one of their cheaper pistols as a tester to see if they were really the rubbish company that most people slate, it’s true! Was going to be spending big money on a few rifs but absolutely not now. Stay well clear!

Noone is answering, my money was taken and I am left in the dark. Tried contacting through email and through the online chat on the website. It has been 8 days now and not even an order confirmation or follow up of any sort.

Service is good but not all fees are mentioned prior to sale

This is a beautiful airsoft gun I have bought from them before and the products are awesome.
But you have to be patient with the shipping.

I’m still waiting for them to finish the engraving process after almost 10 days, when the delivery was supposed to take less time, no mails sended, no nothing, if you don’t text them they won’t say a word, i only hope that my replica doesn’t come wrongly assembled

I would say they do a fantastic job of replying to customer concerns. However the clarity of the shipping prossess was low, price adjusted after my finished transaction, shipping was delayed and the fee needed was crowded by non related messages. I waited over a month hand a half to get the package shipped, and its still not here yet.

Answered questions about my order in a timely manner and the WE Tech rifles I've purchased are pretty decent. Definitely will return for more.
