Everything is great good service quick response.

Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly.

Again they did great job ! Problem solving experts… I know it not their fault ,it country … I was hoping they can open in NSW or QLD ! It will be great !!!!

I eventually got the help I needed, though the response time could have been a bit faster.

The product I ordered from SWIT Airsoft is thought to be imposible to obtain in the USA, but the guys at SWIT got it done. It took almost 2 months to get the product to me, but they kept me informed as to my progress in line to get my order through. I wrote Umarex USA and Umarex Germany to urge them to bring the product to the US and they both said It just wasn't going to happen- with no explanation and no indication of whenever it might happen. SWIT took a while to do it, and it wasn't a bargain, but bottom line, they just got it done, and I am very happy with the authenticity of the very in demand and elusive replica pistol.

Really well displayed with what you’re looking for and having the option to pre upgrade you’re items is a blessing because it saves you taking you’re new weapon to bits ( if you’re confident in doing so)

They have professional service and for the safe delivery and they have good Airsoft guns.

They have a great selection of airsoft guns as well as some good deals
They have good response time on question and they have airsoft guns that are hard to find or discontinued in the USA.
I will say shipping is on the pricey side but I use the UPS shipping and haven’t had any issues. Overall I like SWIT AIRSOFT definitely worth checking out.

It took much loner to ship then originally told. The picture IS NOT an accurate representation of the shipped product.

When the company failed to deliver the goods and I requested a refund, they refused to follow the customer's instructions and forcibly dispatched the goods. Moreover, the received items were defective. hopup couldn't even hold bullets, so I had to reload them again, which wasted my entire day last Thursday. Also, I checked and found that their prices were far higher than the market price.

Company has high attention to detail and made a critical adjustment to international shipping which otherwise likely would have ruined the transaction.

Avoid this company!!
It is the worst company I experienced in my customer career.
I bought (and paid) an airsoft pistol on December 30.they said they sanded it beginning February with a tracking number that did not exist! I never got the pistol. No answer after 6 requests. I lost my order, my money and my nerves.
Shame on them

I had to chase them to get them to send out product I ordered from the UK and they also didn't send the right paperwork with my Ukara on so my item is stuck in customs for the time being if you are from the UK I would just order from kyairsoft much more reliable and better on prices aswell

ordered a airsoft gun with stock and with no communication I had to go through PayPal dispute before they finally sent the gun. order arrived and missing the stock I paid $80, PayPal didn't help and sided with as I only wanted the stock and not to return the gun. dont bother ordering, theyll give you the runaround/not even respond for months then not even send u the whole order

Poor score due to the carrage and piracy of UPS/import duties. I paid £65 for carrage, at that price i stupidly assumed that import stuff was all handled, due to my experience of buying from the USA. My assumption was wrong, got stung by an extra £89 by UPS and the delivery time of 3 to 5 days has passed, so i paid for a service that was not delivered upon. Will not be using them and will dissuade people from using them as well.

STAY AWAY I bought a upgraded KAR 98 from them for a Christmas gift. when I got it It would get jammed and the scope was loose. also the Iron sights literally broke off while it was sitting on a table. When I contacted them they said there is only a 3 day return policy which already passed due to it being a Christmas gift and sitting under the tree for a few days. To add to it all when I bring it to get chronograph its not even shooting 200 fps when I paid for the 500fps upgrade. In the end they wouldn't fix it without me having to pay for parts and shipping (well over $150). so now I have a $650 wall hanger. stay away do to them being in Taiwan they can basically do what they want and scew you.

Where do I start?

I purchased two replicas that both never worked.

— Products overpriced
— Shipping is overpriced
— Products that I purchased did not work, even do they state all were pre-tested.
— When I send the product back, they did not want to pay for shipping.
— They did not trust my judgement and had me make a video of the problems …
— The response time is way too long, and it took ages to be repaired, we are talking 6/8 months here.
— Ones repaired they send my Replica's back and yes you guessed it right they did not work and also never informed me of sending them back.
— They also ignored me several times.

Send another email according to them everything works so they will not repair not do anything and I have to pay for all parts.

Please do not buy here, and these YouTubers that show their guns get it all for free.

I ordered a Kar98 from them, it came with a leaking bolt. They send a video of them testing the gun before they shipped it. Then offered to sell me a new bolt $15 off $100. I said fine, then Months go by and no mention no nothing, after 6 months i said cancel it. Do i think the issue is their fault, no. But their customer service is very slow/inconsistent to respond and not super helpful.

The stuff is way overpriced tbh, and the shipping is insane and was also forced to pay like 125 for customs here in the UK because the only courier option was God-awful UPS which took like 3 months because they didn't tell me it was in customs, im personally never gonna buy anything from them again, would rather buy stock with basically free shipping and upgrade myself which is what I would recommend because their upgrades are ok but they're expensive for what you get since they install it.

DO NOT USE! Absolutely poor service. Member of my Airsoft team ordered a pistol in August 2021 and has still not received it, or the refund he requested. If you have a problem they are just not interested and completely ignore you! Though they're more than happy to take your money! If you mention it on social media they just delete the comments and block the person that put it on there!
