My family and I have recently moved to America, and had to have our pets move too. Holly at passport for pets has been absolutely amazing in arranging everything for us. She replied to emails and phone calls quickly and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend 👌

They were able to safely ship our 3.5 year old French bulldog back to Canada from Edinburgh. We unfortunately had to transit down to their facility at London Heathrow as the Edinburgh airport was not helpful in the situation, but no fault to these guys. The people at the facility were friendly and knowledgeable.

However, as we had to be in London early and had to stay overnight in a hotel, there was what I would say poor communication in terms of documents required on the day that I had to train down. This required last minute trips to the vet to try and get forms that were not well explained in what was expected, with what felt like placing the assumption on either myself or the vet to know what the content of these forms. The last-minute timing of this interaction, along with coming close to missing the train down, resulted in an unexpected need to have their vet perform the required testing, with a new payment to boot. (The fact that they can't take credit card payments outside of an initial deposit is confusing, but that's not the issue really, and I won't hold it against them)

From what I understand, the airline that we were shipping through was also providing very little information to them, so I can understand that communication problems will arise with so many bodies at play. What I wish had been done from the get-go was to have a clear, descriptive list of required forms, especially when it comes to dealing with dog breeds that typically have breathing issues.

So, in summary, it will be useful for future customers to ask for all the forms required well in advance of the shipping date, and it would be equally valuable for these guys to have more clear information regarding what documentation is required. With that all said and done, this company seems to know what they are doing when handling and exporting pets and were very helpful in initial emails with the various questions we had, so do not let these communication issues prevent you from choosing them.

I recently used Airsupply to help me move my dog from the UK to Perú. From the very beginning, they answer to all my questions and helped us along the way. Communication with Holly was superb.
We had a problem on the layover (my dog was too stressed to board the second flight), but Holly kept me updated about what was happening at all times, with videos and pictures included. The interest showed continued until my dog finally arrived to Perú. I cannot recommend enough Airsupply if you need professional help to move your pets across the world. Thank you very much, Holly!

Used their umbrella company Passports4Pets for 2 dogs to fly UK to Australia.

Kelly was brilliant from beginning to end! Price was cheaper than other agents and Kelly organised and dealt with agent in receiving country on my behalf which was a huge relief.

Moving your pet to another country is not something you do every day. So after being lost in a sea of un helpful google articles. We reached out to passport for pets. Kelly was super helpful, she talked us through the process, what we needed and generally made the whole experience super easy. Not only that she managed to arrange everything in less than a week (we were a bit slack at our end) and even met myself and Dora (my dog) at the drop off.

On arrival she made the transition super easy and it was reassuring to see how good she was with our Dora and even got a few snaps for us of her journey.

I would highly recommend using passport for pets if you want a company you can trust to help transport your little furry family members.

From start to finish Katherine was fantastic and helpful from the initial telephone conversation regarding moving our beloved pets.
We were apprehensive about the process but we were kept informed throughout which was reassuring. We were affected by the fire incident at Heathrow but the flights were rearranged for us without any stress. The transition from London to Dubai and Sandy Paws was fantastic and again we were kept informed every step of the way and were given updates as and when they happened.
We would 100% definitely recommend.

My cat fell ill in the process & I was unable to travel , I asked for my deposit back or at least half of it for the few emails they sent and the couple of phone calls they made to me and was told a blatant NO
I spoke to a vile specimen of a man if you can call him that ….His name is Ian he was rude arrogant dismissive
I would not recommend anyone to use this company all they care about is money . I would love to know how he sleeps at night treating people the way he does . His company should be monitored
I gave a one star as something had to put down otherwise you can’t write a review . It’s not even worth a one star

Airsupply shipping made the exporting of a pup to America do very simple.
The staff were at the end of the phone when needed.

Air supply Shipping Agents were the first company of several to respond to our request for help in transferring a puppy from the UK to SW France. They, and in particular their agent Holly, explained the process very clearly, calmed our nerves, and addressed all our concerns. They acted in the same way throughout the process, responding quickly and professionally to resolve any issues as they occurred. As a consequence the whole process went smoothly and we now have a calm and confident puppy here with us in France. We would recommend the company to anyone considering having a pet transported from the UK to Europe.

Do NOT use this company to transport your Pets.

If this was the last pet transport company on the face of the planet, I would rather build a raft for my dogs and row them across the Atlantic myself, than entrust them to the care of this company.

It is important to note from the outset that Passport for Pets is owned by the same man, who also owns a company called, Airsupply Shipping Agents, which I later discovered has a number of negative reviews from pet owners.

I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to terminate my dealings with this company, thanks to the owner slamming the phone down on me in a fit of rage when I was trying to make a credit card payment to transport my dogs from the UK to the States.

I first got in touch with Passport For Pets back in April of this year. After several emails back and forth to Tamara (who was always polite), she informed me she would only answer questions about the process if I paid a 250 pound deposit (I would not have emailed so many questions if they had just provided all the information in the first place.)

Tamara was competent through the rest of the process. When my payment was due, I was assured twice by both Tamara and her colleague that I could use a credit card via worldpay. I also signed a form at the beginning of this process where I had the option of choosing to pay via this platform. However, on the day the payment was due, I got an email from Tamara that informed me, “because of the amount involved,” they could no longer process an online credit card payment, and wanted me to pay by bank transfer.

I called the company and unfortunately encountered a man, Ian Seeley, the owner of the company, who was rude, obnoxious, angry, sarcastic, and patronizing. He became belligerent when I asked about his apparent reluctance to accept a credit card payment, and he shouted at me that he had to pay 125 pounds out of his pocket, and then seemed to imply that he would have to pass along some of that cost to me. I told him I was fine with that –whereupon he then very angrily told me that by law he was required to inform me that he could not ask me to cover his processing fees – I then asked him, “So by law you are not allowed to pass your fees over to me, but isn’t that actually what you are doing?” Whereupon, he shouted at me repeatedly “We don’t need to do this!” and slammed down the phone.

It would seem his response is somewhat unhinged and made me wonder more about the integrity of this company which then led me to discover that this is an extension of Airshipping Supplies whose expertise is in custom packing of export goods and unrelated to pet transportation.

It was then that I discovered several negative reviews for Air Supply Shipping Agents including one that mentioned an owner’s pet parrot dying while under the care of Passport for Pets. I think most pet lovers would not entrust their pets to any company who had even one pet die while under their care – it is simply one too many.

As far as all the positive reviews posted for Passport for Pets, I can only assume that none of these are because of the owner’s competence, but rather despite his gross lack of empathy, professionalism and character.

Obviously, since I have no experience (thankfully) of this company actually transporting my pets, I
can only say, if the way the owner treats his customers is any indication (and I think it reasonable to assume so) of how he would care for their pets, then I would never ever entrust my pets to a company like this whose owner displays such a flagrant lack of professionalism competence, respect, empathy or kindness.

In response to some of his negative reviews, the owner maintains online that he is a proud member of IPITA, but I could find no mention of either of his companies on IPITA’s list of members – which, in light of my recent experience, is not at all surprising. I would advise any pet owner who is looking for a company to transport their pets to find one which is a member of IPITA.

I used Passport for Pets to relocate my dog to Dubai, and they were amazing. They handled everything smoothly, from paperwork to travel arrangements, and kept me informed every step of the way. My dog arrived safe, happy, and well-cared for. Highly recommend their services for a stress-free pet relocation!

The team at passport for pets were supportive and responsive from the start. They made the process seem so easy. Answering all my questions along the way, which was important to me as it was the first time my dog was travelling abroad. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.
