Absolute perfection. Flew both of my dogs over to Cyprus from UK, a doberman (10) and a mini sausage dog (3). Nina and Holly were brilliant in explaining the process and ensuring all ran smoothly. Obviously we were very anxious. We received the dogs via Sarah who clears the dogs on the cyprus end and from the moment I landed she kept me updated to the minute and put me in touch with Neil who was delivering the girls to us. He was lovely and chilled.

The girls arrived and they were in super condition, slightly tired and quiet from the long day but they were in no way stressed or traumatised. After 5 minutes they were back to their normal selves and Sarah has a video of mine to prove which I am happy for anyone to view for proof and piece of mind.

We moved from England to Australia in July. We were very worried about our much loved Regdoll cat Alf travelling such a long way. Katherine was kind and efficient and Alf appeared unfazed by his experiences. I would recommend Passport for Pets to anyone transporting a pet.

My wife and I were moving to Greece with our dog and it’s something we didn’t know much about of how to do it, but we found passports for pets to help us out. It was the best we found for the job. Anyway they were very helpful all the way and Nina did a fantastic job of keeping us update all the time about everything and what we needed to do. So to cut a long story short they did a great job of getting our wee westie Archie from Scotland to Thessaloniki in Greece. He was well and doing great when we got to meet him on the other side, only thing now is getting him acclimatized to the weather which he’s not used to like myself also being Scottish. We recently flew our pet dog (Charlie) from UK to Darwin. A stressful time for dog and owner alike. That said, Catherine made the entire experience pretty straightforward and easy to manage, exactly what we needed. We also had to delay our departure at relatively short notice and the flight adjustment was completed relatively quickly. At every step of the way Catherine told us what to do and how to do it, a challenging process made so simple with her guidance. She even engaged directly with our vet to assist them understand the process and confirm what he required and on what dates. Second time we have used Airsupply for dog movements and on both occasions they made the process simple. Trust them to look after your pet and they shall not let you down. Gold service for a really good honest price.

Used this company to import some cites 1 species and I couldn't have recieved a better service if they tried! Sarah helped advise me and kept me updated every step of the way. Will definitely be using again!

I used airsupply (passport for pets) to fly my French bulldog from London to Boston, USA via Turkey. It was hard to find a company that were willing to help fly a French bulldog across to the US. They answered any questions I had and were easy to work with. When I dropped him the day of flying they actually had him running around their office before taking him to the airport for check in, so he was rested prior to flying. He was in a good condition when he arrived to the US. Would recommend to others

Katherine is incredible!

Moving from the UK to Australia is quite daunting at the best of times, but even more so when you factor in relocating a dog, too.

Katherine was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient, throughout every step of the process - even when our dogs' quarantine date was changed, meaning all the documentation had to be processed at much shorter notice. Katherine always answered any questions or concerns, replying to emails and returning phone calls promptly (even when I called, several times a day!).

Due to work commitments, we were already in Australia a month or so before our dog was due to fly, but Katherine still helped the whole process run smoothly. We've now been reunited with a very, happy, bouncy dog, who was clearly well looked after throughout.

I cannot thank everyone at Passport for Pets enough for all their work in getting my two GSD's home to Canada from the UK as we were relocating. Travelling after CoVID with animals definitely became a challenge especially during summer months where temperatures had peaked in Canada, however, Kirsty and the team did an amazing job getting us rebooked and eventually home. We got many quotes but in the end we went with Passport for Pets as we were moving to Saskatoon and not all airlines fly to this city but Kirsty provided details of a Canadian agent who would be able to make the full journey home for my two dogs. They were the only provider that not only gave the service to country but also gave a solution to the FINAL destination. Thank you all so much!

Just moved to Cyprus with our 3 dogs, Kirsty assisted us every step of the way. Communication was very prompt and made the process very simple. Our 3 dogs were couriered from Newcastle to Heathrow and in boarding kennels overnight prior to their flight the next day. Kirsty kept us updated, and our dogs arrived safely.

We used passport for Pets to transport our two Dogs , Harry 5 and Mason 1 to the USA from the UK. We were relocating and the transport of live animals is a minefield of rules,paperwork and different payments, Not to mention the fact that we were transporting 2 very loved family members. The stress and worry is immense. However this was all taken away by Kirsty our Pet travel consultant from Passport. She was amazing and unbelievable. Kirsty took care of everything and walked us very carefully through every step. She was super patient and very very responsive on emails and questions. Kirsy gave us unbiased advice and information on local US services to use to help with the final journey and arranged for our 2 boys to be boarded for 2 days, vet checks, paperwork everything. We highly recommend Kirsty and Passport for pets for pets transport and will absolutley use and recommend them again. Kirsty kept us updated on every step of the journey and even checked in after arrival to make sure the boys were safe and sound. Door to door relocation of our dog from London to Dubai. Amazing team, knowledgeable and thorough! We could not have done it without them! And at a competitive price too!

We had a lot of ups and downs transporting our two dogs from Malawi to the UK and then on to El Salvador- mainly thanks to Ethiopian Airlines. Nina was awesome at rebooking flights that were cancelled and making sure that our pets made it to El Salvador safely- even if it wasn't quite the original route we had planned. :) Thanks so much for all of your help Nina!

After wanting a quote back in March to when we eventually got our dog to America in September, Kirsty was absolutely fantastic with communication and responding very promptly. On the day we arrived early as we travelled from Wiltshire and she was extremely accommodating and answered any additional questions we asked.
