Katherine and Nina were excellent in organising the transportation of our dog to Cyprus. They both answered our questions promptly and made us feel that we were in safe hands.
The whole process was very smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We spoke to a few shipping companies and received a few quotes. To be honest, price did matter to us, and this led us to choose Airsuppy. Being an overly concerned dog owner bringing back a 15-year-old terrier, I peppered Kirsty with plenty of questions by email and phone for weeks before setting a travel date. She responded promptly, accurately, and courteously every time. On the day before our trip, during, and after, she sent follow-up emails to make sure we had no issues, questions, or concerns. The process of getting our dog home went without a single hitch, and he's doing great after his trip. I have no experience with any other carriers, but I find it hard to believe you will find one better than Airsupply.

Communication is key. They did a great job of keeping us in the loop during each phase of transporting our pets. The service was turnkey and the process went smooth and easy. All I really needed to do is provide some documentation, handover the pets, and then receive them on the other side.

We wished to fly our adorable Pomeranian out to Sydney and were very anxious how she would manage the extremely long flight out to the Quarantine Centre in Melbourne, via Doha.

We made initial contact with Katherine (at Passportforpets) who took her time to explain the procedures, health requirements and time scales involved with such a trip. Her quote was the most competitive on the market but what drew us more to her over the competitors, was her warm and friendly approach and the fact that she appeared genuine and trustworthy.

We signed up and were introduced to Nina, who then took over and efficiently guided us through each step on the way. The professionalism and compassion Nina showed was remarkable and her follow-ups and attention to detail were admirable. She made the whole procedure appear so effortless and it truly was a memorable experience.

Nina went way beyond our expectations, by taking in our Pomeranian a couple of hours earlier before her flight, due to an unexpected appointment, which we are for ever grateful. She also took the time to bond with our pet during the couple of visits to the office.

Our pet arrived safely and was picked up from the Centre in Melbourne, looking healthy, happy and well fed.

We would highly recommend Nina and Katherine and assure you that you will find their service exceptional and their approach to business filled with empathy, dedication and enthusiasm.

As we were new to transporting animals internationally, we were grateful for all the help Passport for Pets gave us throughout the process. We were kept informed, guided to what dates to make vet appointments, recommended a US customs officer, etc. Even as we were sitting in the airport, Nina messaged us to tell us the dogs were all checked in and we were relieved to know they made it without any delays.

I am so happy I choose airsupply to transport my animals to Lisbon. When I contacted Sarah I had almost given up because no other company would transport my 2 ferrets and 1 axolotl and I was not ready to move without them. I must have swapped hundreds of emails with Sarah and she was always ready to help and answer any questions I had, she would always reply to any queries within the hour or just minutes. She is such a valuable employee to this company and I can't express how thankful to her I am. On the day I dropped the animals I got to meet her and the team that works in the office and everyone was so nice and welcoming, I had no problems leaving my animals with them, I knew they would be in good hands. Kirsty and Niña were really helpful and so patient with all my questions. They replied really quickly and provided lots of info. Our 4 month old puppy arrived safe and sound and I was kept well informed.

Brilliant agency felt really nervous flying my pet but the team have gone out there way and been amazing every step of the way can't thank them enough. Definitely recommend them if you want to fly your pet.

Our dog, originally a rescue from Romania, and with us for 5 years in U.K. moved to Adelaide recently.
We really felt for him on his long journey, but happily arrived yesterday looking fit and well and we had a very happy and boisterous reunion.
After only a day he has settled in happily and we feel he has not been away. Wonderful transport service and always one to one advice from people who know.
