I have recently used Passport for Pets to relocate my cocker spaniel from the UK to Dubai and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I had the pleasure of working with both Jess & Catherine. From my initial enquiry, the service was 100%, they were very friendly and professional, and they talked through the full process (and answered all my questions) from start to finish - they are experts! The service was exceptionally quick on both email and phone - nothing was too much for them. I dropped my cocker spaniel off the day before his flight, and I instantly felt comfortable with leaving him with Passport for Vets after meeting Jess & Catherine. Jess continued to provide me with updates on the final vet checks, boarding and my dog being delivered to the airport and beyond - all
which reassured me, and made me feel at ease.

I would HIGHLY recommend Passport for Pets. The cost is very reasonable and competitive, and the company is extremely professional. 10/10 for service!

Fantastic service from the "Passports for Pets" division, I cannot praise them enough. Agents Jess and Katherine were fantastic, they took great care of me and my dog through the whole process. Great communication throughout, answered all my questions and helped me navigate the pitfalls of pet shipping and tricky vet certification. Even made special arrangements with the vet to accomodate my difficult pup. And better value than other quotes I had on top of all that.

Very impressed with Passports for Pets and especially Katherine who guided us through the whole process expertly and was very helpful. Our experience was great - the journey for our cat went without a hitch and she arrived safe and sound. Highly recommended!

Katherine successfully navigated moving our cats from the UK to Australia including one quite last minute, pandemic-related change of dates - managing to squeeze them into quarantine just before the Xmas closure which was a huge relief. Katherine and her colleagues were always so responsive and guided us through the various stages of the Australian import process and she was so reassuring once the boys had been collected and were en route. Very professional and supportive agents and I have no hesitation in recommending them for even the more complex moves.

Absolutely fantastic! A different courier let us down and Katherine picked this up for us and the cats were safely moved from the UK to Italy. Katherine kept in touch at all times and helped with a last minute emergency. Would highly recommend.

Nina was so helpful! I was having troubles with getting a compatible flight and she presented me with many options and was persistent with getting my pup to me! They were also cheaper than most companies and I knew my pup was treated extremely well

Relocated from the UK to the USA. Airsupply (Pets for Passports) helped get my dog from Heathow to Chicago. Jess from Airsupply provided a great service from start to finish. Their quote was competitive and responses to my long list of questions was prompt. She alleviated my worries and even managed to move my flight date earlier with no issues. I couldn’t recommend this company more. We were moving out to the US with the military and couldn’t leave our dog behind. I got in contact with lots of companies, but by far this was the best customer service. Jess was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, no question was too silly for her and always responded quickly. It was lovely to hear that she personally saw Rocky when he arrived for his overnight stay, she gave me lots of feedback and made me feel at ease that he was happy and settled. She was interested to hear how Rocky was upon arrival, making sure he had arrived safely.
Their service was worth every penny, I will be recommending them to anyone that asks! Thank you yet again for helping us ship Rocky to the other side of the world, relatively stress free!

Sarah organised everything for Misha( my sister's cat) to be received at Heathrow from Athens. Everything was explained in a very clear and concise way, any questions I did have Sarah answered the same day. On the day Misha actually was available from the reception centre within approximately 3 hrs after arriving, much quicker than expected. I put it down to outstanding attention to detail and making sure everything was right. Would definitely use Air supply Shipping Agents again. Thank you for your great service.

Their pet transport service was fantastic, I highly recommend it. Nina was prompt, patient, kind and organized. She answered a million questions, offered reassurance and made sure everything was in perfect order for our cat’s travel. Travel arrangements were particularly challenging due to COVID and she made sure our move could go ahead as planned. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive (definitely not the case from other companies I contacted).

I contacted this company when I acquired a new puppy just before I was moving back to the United States. Obviously he was going to come with me! I communicated from the start with a wonderful lady called Jess who was very knowledgeable and had infinite patience with my questions and queries. Wonderfully smooth transaction from start to finish. Definitely lots of kindness and compassion shown to my little boy who arrived safely in the USA right on schedule and is now settling down in his new life and adjusting extremely well. From the first point of contact with Katherine at Airsupply Shipping Agents , my wife and I were provided with 10 out of 10 customer service. We were given clear costs and also a detailed vaccination program, detailing exactly what was required and the time frames for each vaccination that Mollie required , enabling Mollie to move out to Australia with us. We were updated at each stage of the way, from the initial pick up in the UK to the flight to Melbourne via Qatar , Mollies 10 Days at the Melbourne Quarantine facility and then Mollies flight from Melbourne to Perth, where we picked up a very happy and excited Mollie 12 days after saying goodbye in the UK.

Relocated our dog from Uk to Kenya and from the first phone call, Katherine at passport for pets made the whole process go so smoothly. All our worries were answered quickly, paperwork was sorted promptly and she kept me up to date on Zac's progress throughout. We stopped by to check the crate would fit and I'm so glad we did, Katherine fussed him and so he was happy to be left when it came to the day of his flight. Joseph, the agent in Kenya, messaged me with progress once he landed and he was with us in a very short time, playing with a tennis ball. I cannot thank you all enough.

I have never had such Good service as with Airsupply Shipping. I was very worried about sending my little dog from Sydney all the way to London! But they made me feel so comfortable and always up to date, sending me e-mails and letting me know. They took so Well Care of my dog and they really put their heart into their job which is fantastic!

Just moved countries, and had the stress and worry about moving our pet too. We reached out to several Pet Transit companies but settled on Airsupply (Passportforpets). And we are so glad we did. They were outstanding! From initial contact, to answering our 250th email, they never faltered. Jess was superb, always professional and caring about our Pet. Day of travel, thanks to British Airways, was cancelled. Jess handled all the issues and got our Pet on to a flight the following day. From the 1st email exchange Sarah went above and beyond to help and advise me. Nothing was too much trouble. The process took over 4 months from initial contact to completion. It was an incredibly stressful time for me, Sarah and the team were there every step of the way.
Egyptian and British Authorities were also involved in the relocation process, Air Supply helped me navigate the mountain of paperwork this produced.

Air Supply responded promptly to my MANY emails and calls. Even down to one point when an cat had a major operation 10 days before the flight and I didn't know if he would be allowed to fly.
