My Ginger (Hungarian Vizsla) arrived safely in Singapore over the weekend and we are very pleased with the whole process of getting her here from the UK. Especially want to thank Alison of "Passport for Pets" for the personal, professional and expert service. She was so accommodating and responsive to my many questions and requests and was left very assured that my little baby was in good hands. Prior to deciding on which agent to use, I had contacted a few but was blown away with the personal touch of "Passport for Pets"

Jess and the team at Airsupply Shipping were absolutely brilliant from our first phone call until my dog was safely delivered to my husband in Dubai. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah was kind and efficient, and the most important thing is that she helped get our kitty safely home to us from South Africa. She kept us updated on the progress, and it all ran smoothly.

From the moment I began my research in taking my 2 cat children from London to Jersey in the Channel Islands, I received prompt replies from the agents, with detailed quotes. I started my query 6 months before I took the big step to move them, in that time Jess continued to assist me and answer every question, however silly and obvious it my have seemed to them! I have just shipped over my dog Shilo from Australia. It's been particularly tough at this time to have been able to arrange to get him here, but the team at Air Supply Shipping Agents were fantastic. From the initial phone call I made to find out about it the team made me feel really comfortable that Shilo would be in great hands. I had information every step of the way and even once he had arrived they called to check in and ensure that he was OK and check in. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking at sending or receiving their loved animal family member. When I saw him he had definitely been treated like he had flown 1st Class.

After being let down and misinformed by another agent we booked in with Sarah at air supply. From the start she was amazing and reassured us everything would be fine as well as sorting out a whole load of things that needed to be done last minute.

A brilliant and friendly service. We were stuck for 3 months in a prolonged lockdown in Crete and it was not possible for us to drive across Europe with our 2 dogs to get back to the UK. I was really nervous about shipping our Cat to Croatia. He is a very nervous boy and had to have an overnight stay which worried me and during a pandemic there were not many options! Passport for Pets handled the repatriation of our dogs from Scotland to South Africa. Our move took place during the Covid-19 pandemic and we faced many challenges with travel plans being changed at short notice, but Passport for Pets handled everything and made sure that our precious cargo made it back to South Africa. There were also challenges with regard to the blood tests required for dogs moving to South Africa, but they communicated with APHA and our Vet during the whole process to make sure that the Export Health Permits were in order. We dealt mostly with Katherine Gibson who was very supportive throughout the whole process.

Relocating from Kenya with your help took the stress out moving our treasured pets!

Brilliant service. Our plans chopped and changed so much rom start to finish due to Covid-19 and an emergency operation but throughout it all, Airsupply and in particular our contact agent (Jess) was absolutely fantastic. Always at the end of a phone call or email to ensure that we were up to speed to all relevant information.
