Passport for Pets (subsidiary of Airsupply Shipping Agents) were amazing!
I have no doubt in recommending them to anyone who is looking to transport their Pet anywhere. Linz was our contact and she helped in whatever way possible to get our labrador from the UK to Australia in these trying times. We had many hurdles along the way due to the COVID restrictions but Linz remained in contact throughout and was always there to find solutions to ensure we got our dog out to join us. Transporting your pet is a difficult time for anyone, and I was exceptionally nervous at what our dog had to go through to get out to us, but Linz's expertise and knowledge reassured us and settled any anxiety I felt over documentation and travel.
We now have our dog with us in Australia and when we collected him at the airport, his tail was wagging and he was excitable and happy, didn't seem phased at all after four flights (accumulating 25 hours) and quarantine.

Sarah was a great help bringing out pet cocker spaniel to the UK from Peru during COVID-19, when the regulations at HARC were constantly changing. She coordinated directly with the company shipping our dog from Peru, and was always one step ahead. Would defintiely recommend to others!

Passport for Pets (a subsidiary of Airsupply Shipping Agents) are the best company you can wish to deal with if you are relocating your pet abroad. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jess, who is an absolute superstar and successfully coordinated Coco’s (our 8 year old French bulldog) relocation to the US from the UK as seamless as possible, despite multiple change of plans and delays from our side and uncertainty from the airlines due to Covid. Special credit to Jess for the patience and professionalism she displayed throughout in answering my 100s of questions, always reassuring and offering complete and correct information at each step of the way. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome and service and Coco arrived in good spirits, albeit a bit confused after two long flights. If you want an honest, reliable company to take care of your pet relocation these are the guys to get in touch with.

I recently sent my cat, Zara, to her new home on the west coast of the US. Katherine was the first out of the various people I rang for quotes, having no experience of moving a pet internationally, to fully explain to me the process - why the prices were the way they were, where and when I could expect the flight to be. I ended up choosing to send Zara door to door via the offered pick-up service and this seems to have worked without any issues whatsoever.

Particularly commendable was the handling of a last minute hiccup with an incorrectly worded vet's letter, which I would have not have caught if not for Katherine offering to check my documents ahead of time - saved me paying for another one!

Passport for Pets were a pleasure to deal with during an uncertain time, and reassuring and thorough with a process which is inevitably stressful and expensive. I hope they won't be offended if I say I hope I don't have to send a pet overbroad again, but if I do I will certianly use them again.

Katherine organised the move from the UK to Egypt for our spaniel, Bob. Given that this was at the height of a global pandemic, not a trivial task. Throughout the entire process we received great communication, and most importantly, Bob arrived intact at his new home in Cairo. The only slight fly in the ointment was having to drive Bob down to Heathrow from our Manchester home, but in view of the fantastic service we got that is pretty small beer, and not something I would let put me off using these guys again.

As well as a fabulous service the price was less than what other companies were asking, so a win-win! I would have no qualms recommending these guys to anyone relocating a pet outside the country.

Our dog Minty flew lew from South Africa to the UK during the pandemic time. They were very professional, approachable and helpful. Sarah guided me through whole process from the beginning until to the end. Actually She took care about everything leaving me without any stress.

Our dog Matilda flew from the UK to Australia during the pandemic window. Whilst Jess was thrown multiple challenges through out the process, each time she kept her professional approach and her excellent problem solved skills. You are a super star Jess we are so excited to have our Yorkie here in Australia with us. A big thank you from our entire family.

Without doubt the most unprofessional inadequate imbeciles i have ever had the misfortune of TRYING to deal with .
When asking them for information regarding picking up a clients pets these planks emailed back a one sentence reply .i quote" pick up from harc " we knew that you brats we needed real helpful info as invtimes consignment numbers etc .
Dont use this company they are rubbish and unhelpful
Update it gets better they now demand i take this down or they are persuring me down the legal route .
Never new telling the truth was a crime .now you resort to slanderous accusations of racism.

Traveling during COVID was trying enough, but traveling with a pet increases the difficulty. Linz stayed on top of the issues, even with changes occurring less than 48 hour prior to transport! Our dog arrived safe and sound, although he had to take the long way due to unknown last minute airport restrictions. Without her attention to detail, I don't know what would have happened. Thanks!!!!

Linz was very helpful in helping me get my cat over to USA under just a weeks notice. She responds to emails promptly and really puts you and your pets well being first. They were very clear with the paperwork required and ensured that the pet was ready for the journey. My pet arrived safely and I couldn't be happier.

Katherine was excellent to work with. The whole experience from the first contact(with quick reply) to picking our beloved pet up was stress free and easy. I had about a million questions and sent as many emails and every time, I was met with prompt answers. I would recommend working with Katherine any time.

The whole experience with this company was absolutely excellent. Having never used a service like this before I had reservations. I was put at ease by Ian who explained what would happen and that he would keep me updated . I felt anxious as they were transporting two nine week old puppies from over five hours away from me .ian kept in touch with the breeder and myself ensuring that we were happy . Sent me a photo of the puppies on there journey to show that they were ok . On arrival the gentleman who delivered was extremely pleasant and caring . If I need a service as-this in the future I will look nowhere else . Thankyou Ian and company for delivering my precious cargo safe sound and happy .

I was very worried about Betty, an 8 year old Labrador, moving from England to Portugal after having known her for only 6 weeks but thanks to Passport for Pets and Jess she arrived in Lisbon as shining and waggy as when she left Norfolk. She settled immediately in the car for the journey to her new home and settled there as if she had known it all her life. I would recommend Passport for Pets unreservedly both for their careful handling of her and for their kindness and patience with her new and very concerned owner.

I have just dropped off a 10 wk old Labrador puppy to go to his new home in Hong Kong. Passport for pets and Katherine couldn't have been better. Excellent communication, helpful, very efficient and made the whole process painless. I would definitely recommend them.

Sarah is absolutely amazing. I shipped my parrot and German Shepherd from South Africa to Scotland and throughout the communication was constant, accurate and very much appreciated. Sarah even sent photos of my babies upon their arrival, which took a whole lot of stress out of the situation. I cannot thank her enough for being so diligent and going above and beyond in taking care of my babies.

Relocating Candy from UK was seamless and hassle free due to Jess’s expert guidance.She was very patient & thorough on the end to end process and paperworks. Jess even went extra mile by coordinating and passing some critical information to our vet and to our offshore agent.Overall my experience with Air Supply ( Passport for Pets ) was very pleasant and i surely recommend them for all overseas pet relocation. Just wanted to say many thanks for putting us at ease with shipping “Milo” our Labrador to Calgary, Canada. This was the first time we have done this and our pets our family too, I was very happy to hear that you walked Milo and made sure he had plenty of water before going to the plane. It's these small thing that make the difference and it is clear to see you care for pets as much as the owners. You here all sorts of stories about shipping companies but I am pleased to say that Airsupply/ Passport For Pets exceeded my expectations and for anyone considering using your company to transport their pets I would say relax you’re in good hands and 5 stars from me.

I researched about 40 different companies and the quick responses, clear and detailed plan (and the reasonable price!) of Air Supply lead me to choose them for our two cats travel from the UK to the Cayman Islands. I was a nervous wreck from start to finish (having read many horror stories from other companies and airlines) and constantly asking questions and bombarding with emails. The lady who dealt with us was fantastic and so supportive and helpful. The transport to the airport and flight on the day went very smoothly and we were communicated with throughout. My two babies arrived yesterday in a really good condition (the crates we bought from AirSupply were excellent) and are now back to their normal selves after their long journey!
