Just wanted to say many thanks for putting us at ease with shipping “Milo” our Labrador to Calgary, Canada. This was the first time we have done this and our pets our family too, I was very happy to hear that you walked Milo and made sure he had plenty of water before going to the plane. It's these small thing that make the difference and it is clear to see you care for pets as much as the owners. You here all sorts of stories about shipping companies but I am pleased to say that Airsupply/ Passport For Pets exceeded my expectations and for anyone considering using your company to transport their pets I would say relax you’re in good hands and 5 stars from me.

I researched about 40 different companies and the quick responses, clear and detailed plan (and the reasonable price!) of Air Supply lead me to choose them for our two cats travel from the UK to the Cayman Islands. I was a nervous wreck from start to finish (having read many horror stories from other companies and airlines) and constantly asking questions and bombarding with emails. The lady who dealt with us was fantastic and so supportive and helpful. The transport to the airport and flight on the day went very smoothly and we were communicated with throughout. My two babies arrived yesterday in a really good condition (the crates we bought from AirSupply were excellent) and are now back to their normal selves after their long journey! I would certainly recommend, and will be using AirSupply again in the future. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE service from the guys at Airsupply. We dealt with Sarah and Ian the entire time and they made the process seem easy and stress free especially considering the problems we were dealing with with the airline.

They respond to emails and calls VERY promptly, even out of hours and on weekends. Sarah was fantastic in providing us with information that we needed and I cannot say how much we appreciated their help in flying our dog from USA to London, Heathrow.

I have raved about their service to family and friends since we have been back. I was very scared about flying my dog and they put my mind at ease and assured me they had it under control. 10 stars - Thank you so much again guys!!!!

Flying your beloved Pet overseas is a very daunting prospect.
I felt extremely nervous having just rescued a very large Dog off the streets in Greece with absolutely no idea how to get her back. I was back in the UK, the Dog was in a local rescue centre having the relevant jabs.

I called various companies and was told I’d need to fly back the Athens and escort her back, which is neither time or cost effective but with a bit more research I fortunately found Passport For Pets whom instantly told me they could bring her back directly and would even liaise with the rescue centre in Greece to make sure there were no mistakes with the various paperwork.

Ian and the team at Passport For Pets reassured me all the way, and were incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns.

They were upfront about the costs, clear in their communication and provided an exceptional service which exceeded my expectations, even calling me several times on the day of travel to check in with me. I can’t recommend them enough.

Years ago I shipped my dog to America from the UK and it was horrifying. So, came time to ship the furries back to the UK and I was nervous to say the least. I needn’t have worried. Every step of the way Ian and the team at Air Supply kept me informed and helped steady my nerves. We shipped our pup and two senior cats (both of which weigh 25lbs+). I was already back in the UK when they shipped so I wasn’t there to see them off. I was in bits all day, but Ian and the team sent me regular updates, calling and emailing me throughout the day. They were super sweet when I burst into tears when they called to tell me they had cleared through HARC at Heathrow. I was a nightmare. The van arrived at our new home and I was astonished at their condition and disposition. They were clean, calm and happy. They smelled great too. Anyone who has ever shipped an animal will know how extraordinary that is. They calmly walked out of their crates and settled right down for a nap. It was awesome. If you ever need to ship your fur baby use Air Supply. You will not find a more caring, compassionate and professional pet shipper. THEY ARE THE BEST!

Ian, Sarah and the team provided an excellent and caring service for our two pet dogs coming into London from the Caribbean. We got to visit their offices and witness the happy atmosphere and how they pay attention to detail to their customers and their pets. It's very stressful worrying about your pets especially when airlines change their flights or delay matters, as was our case, but Airsupply were very supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Great job with Freddy and Barney who are now happy at their new home in Yorkshire.

Absolutely fantastic service by the company and Jordan.

Zeta came by ferry flew from Cape town to Heathrow. Then a long trip down to Portsmouth by ferry. It was cancelled and Jordon took her back and took great care of her at home like she was part of the family I'm extremely impressed.

Then Jordan came down next day for the ferry. He had to wait three hours for the ferry and then had nine hours trip bring zeta to Jersey. Then he had to turn around get the ferry back 1am in the morning Jordan had been in Portsmouth since 7am. That's what you call compassion for what they love (Animals).

This is what I call impressive and dedication to the animals they transfer.

I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a great and seamless experience for what I thought was going to be a very stressful process to move our 2 cats from UK to US. Jess was always available to answer any questions and take me through every step of the process. I looked at several companies and passport for pets also had the best price (by at least 25%). Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Friendly staff - went the extra mile to help us import our first dog from USA. Shipping company in USA made everything stressful but Airsupply reassured us and sorted all the issues caused by the people in America. Would use Airsupply again and would highly recommend - especially Sarah! Americans are all about customer service but this time the UK won - thank you so much for all your help.

Excellent company we brought our German Shepherd dog over to Australia in July 2018 and I can't thank them enough I did not have a clue what I needed to do but Alison was marvellous from start to finish I think I bent her ear many times as I am a bit of a worrier but she said don't worry ring me as many times as you want that is what we are here for so I would like to thank Alison and her team for making it possible for our beloved pet Charlie to be with all the family once again thank you

I had all the space of 3 working days to get my dogs on a flight to Canada, luckily I had already previously spoken to Jess at Passport for Pets and I'd got the paperwork all ready, however the sheer panic that nothing would've been done in time was awful! Jess calmed me down, answered my many many questions, took me through each step, made the whole process as simple as possible. She kept me inform at every stage and made sure I knew how the dogs were doing as they stayed in kennels with P4P beforehand, she let me know when they had taken off and let me know when they should land, at which point my husband picked them up from Calgary. So the dogs flew from Heathrow to Calgary and I honestly won't be choosing any other company to help me with their travel now, passport for pets have you covered. They're kind and caring, they love what they do, and they understand how nerveracking and scary it is for both pets and pet owners. Highly recommend!!!

We used passport for pets to send our family pet dog Charlie a German Shepard and was really worried how to send him as there was a lot to do but they were absolutely marvellous from the beginning to the end and Alison who dealt with getting Charlie ready to fly to Australia guided us all the way we rang many times as we were not sure what we needed and Alison said call me as many times as you need to that is what we are there for so if anyone is thinking of sending there pet abroad I would highly recommend passport for pets as Alison and her team will guide you all the way I would give them 10 stars if there was one so thank you again passport for pets.

we were fortunate to be told of Passports for Pets when we needed to relocate “Littlegirl “ our moggy from the UK to Macedonia.
Every turn and every eventuality, we were updated and made sure that we rested assured that she was in the right hands.
Everything was explained with attached empathy and understanding which resulted in littlegirl arriving just how we left her at the start. Comfortable and happy.

We had an excellent service and would highly recommend this company. Diane could not have done enough for us and our dog in our move to Kenya from UK and she kept us updated at every turn which was incredibly reassuring at a stressful time. We would definitely use this company again.

I worked with Diane at PassportForPets and she could not have been more prompt, helpful and supportive in moving my cat Bertie from London to Australia.

This is a difficult and labour-intensive process and she did not miss a trick, making sure all documents were prepared well ahead of time and asking all the right questions so nothing bad could happen later down the line.
