Do not buy this rubbish. Mine came without any batteries so I had to buy them separately. Its constantly needing charged and if the battery compartment gets wet with rain the whole device shuts down! Unreliable waste of money.

The device works fine but my big issue is that the battery needs recharging every 5 or so days. Okay when you're at home but not if you go on holiday.
I messaged Aiwit about this issue, no reply, chased up, still no reply. I wish I'd invested in a reputable, known device.

Hello. I review my Aiwit camera . I being charged $31.38 for what. What happened to free.
" No subscriptions "! Why am I being charged.
Can someone call me and make me understand why I'm now being charged
The phone number 855-836-3987 doesn't allow the caller to speak too a person . I need too know why I'm paying for a service that is free.

I wish I could write a NEGATIVE -5 this company is a SCAM!!! They will charge your card TWICE for 1 camera subscription. Also it’s NO WAY TO CANCEL your subscription. Even after you CLEARLY cancel it. SOMEHOW They can continue to take it OUT of your account. DO NOT USE THIS CAMERA!!!!! You will regret it!!!!

I was with these for approx 3 year. The door bell broke and I went on the app trying to cancel the subscription. I couldn’t find anywhere so mailed them through the app. Thought no more of it till yesterday when they took £28.99 out my bank. Still no contact number to contact them . So unless I find a way to contact them, their going to take another £29 out my bank next year 😡😡

I bought this video bell a few months ago and have not fixed it yet because I was moving home. Then, after I have finally settled in my new home, I want to fix the doorbell. The doorbell kept repeating "WIFI has been connected" I can only hear that it has been connected, but can not see it moving to be connected to my device. I sent a message on the app, no response, went to Google to search, and I met the same set of people as the AIWIT. They were requesting money to connect me to the AIWIT. This product is a no-go area.

Do not buy this product....I wouldn't subscribe but they contacted me to say they could see I was online and how much battery was left !!!!! What elce could they see ???????....then I contacted them back to ask how they could access my doorbell & now my account has been deleted ??? Very dodgy????

Total incompetence, I've never ever dealt with people like this. I'm exhausted trying to fix this utter rubbish.

Basic camera M20 works ok but to view previous video you have to subscribe to a cloud. The subscription model is odd. I think it is per day. Cloud subscription ads abound, these may go away if you subscribe. Had to split my meshed internet signal to get it to connect. Cameras work on the 2.4 signal. Cold weather means the unit fabric contracts and drops off the base. Camera is slow at picking up movement. I have another camera for the fancy stuff. This is rubbish.

Complete waste of Money, Chime works alright but video very hit & miss, seems more interested in showing sales ADs for various other Businesses.

Don’t do it! Stop trying to save a few quid and just go for a good, well known company to provide you with a video doorbell. I paid for a years subscription but it would never allow me to live feed the doorbell if away from home on data. It would only work through WiFi. And even then it would take so long to connect to live feed that whoever was at my door had left by the time I could access the camera. Complete waste of money and so frustrating.

What a scam, I got their door bell, paid the 18.99 for 6 months service, it’s hit and miss, mostly Miss! Online support is also hit and miss, problem never gets resolved, then they ghosts you! Don’t buy from Aiwit, or Kement, same hit and miss company, the only thing we can do is contact our bank and report a fraudulent online purchase with Aiwit! Maybe report them to the BBB, idk, but if your looking for a good ring doorbell with decent service don’t go with Aiwit/kement!

Totally rubbish doorbell camera app saying need to sign in but won't let me. The crap thing is going in the bin will get a better one. Don't waste your money on Aiwit camera doorbell

I have been trying many times to contact customer service regarding my door bell. I have cancelled my account back in May 2025, but I was still being charged every month. Can you please help 267 896 0396. I have a new cell phone n new phone number. I believe I signed up using 215 571 0396 . I’m don’t really remember my old number. Please respond asap. Thank you.

Don’t buy!! I bought a brand new video doorbell which lasted for less than 3 weeks. In addition to this, I bought the one year service plan for $31. Big loss. The batteries will not recharge. Their customer support is a joke. No call back and no response to my emails.

Terrible doorbell camera. Rarely works, or records anything. I pay for a subscription but cannot access videos for the past 2 months, although subscription is active until July 2026. Tried seeking support, they’ve advised I have a live subscription and should be able to access, I’ve evidenced I can’t but haven’t had a response in 9 days now even after chasing continuously. Use another provider, their service and product is outrageous.

That should be half star.I have the lightbulb camera. No complaints about the camera. Have it for 2 years, and now I have to buy subscription. Nowhere did it say I have to make subscription. Now doesn't work,because I refuse to pay.If you go to the web site, they want you to pay money for someone to contact you back.VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AIWIT. WON'T BUY AGAIN EVER .

Absolutely appalling service purchased one of these doorbells. Advertised on tik tok as no subscription needed. Set it up but needed to pay £34.99 subscription. The camera stopped working after one day with being intermittent in what it recorded from day one. Customer service do not respond for ages and when they do it’s useless. Sent the camera back to tik tok and got a refund but trying to get a refund from Aiwit for the subscription is futile !!
