Camara keeps crashing. they don’t respond to my messages ,
Don’t buy with this company it’s a rip off they don’t help you .

do not buy this camera doorbell .when someone is at the door .you get a notification to your phone you look to to see who is there and you get an full page advert blocking from seeing who is there it .pointless .by the time you click away the advert they are gone...

Had to purchase a years subscription of 29.99 been using for a year and 3 months camera was not charging just before the subscription ended thought it may be the cable been charging for over a week nothing, contacted customer service who sent a advert to replace for free automated message received my request is priority dent 4 emails since no reply and have paid a year subscription which ends feb 26. sent another message requesting part payment still no reply. Bunch of scammers

P0rn advertisement for 30s before connection.

This product does not fully function without an annual cloud storage subscription. There is no localised memory storage. I used the trial subscription but the functionality was erratic. It failed to capture my movements. Final straw was when the Motion Detection sensor switched off by itself.

I would give a zero if an option.
I have doorbell cameras and they are great!
I was excited for the light bulb camera. The picture quality seems to be decent but as soon as I unplug the he charging cable it disconnects & turns off. I contacted the company who states it must be screw in but not left on for very long as it his will ruin it. So I said, I can only use it for about an hour & need to be sittting next to it to make sure it doesn’t get ruined. What?! That can’t be right. Other than keeping it plugged in, I don’t see a way of keeping it running.
I wish the chat features wasn’t A.I so I figure out how to fix this or be old his is how it works.

A total con. I subscribed to the free one month trial, which was cancelled by the company after 24 hours. I then foolishly paid £34.99 for a 6 month basic subscription. This also ceased to operate after 24 hours. Screenshot of the GPay payment record was sent along with a complaint. Guess what. I was sent instructions on how to set up the camera, which was working perfectly.
Avoid this company at all costs, they are robbers.

I have had nothing but trouble with these cameras since i got them! I reach out to customer service for help and they tell me to cancel my account since i am unhappy. WTF! Bad camera even worse customer support. Get a RING

Advertising machine by a doorbell camera that you have paid money to buy. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don't waste your money. This company should be ban from trading.

I just tried to set up home camera in living room so I could check pets when out... And some guy from Austria started talking, said he could see me and my home, and I should get my money back and it is very bad. He said he got notification and checked his app and it shown him my camera view.
That's so bad. So I have unplugged and I will not use it, and now feel scared to try any other indoor camera. I'm glad he spoke and warned me, somebody else could have kept quiet and spyed on me. Very worrying.

The worst video doorbell ever. First the app was free then the video door bell won’t work with an annoying loud audible repeat message going off outside 24/7. Then they demanded money for a cloud contract. They took more and bigger amounts than the contracted subscription. Bell still doesn’t work. They never reply to messages or emails. With the help of my bank and fraud squad they tracked my subscription going to a brothel in Bangkok. Be warned people, your doorbell purchase is part of a wider scam.

I purchased the subscription then cancelled it and it’s still good until August but I can review my video. I’ve sent 4 email and can’t get anyone to respond. DONT BUY IT! THEYRE A JOKE

I have been reading all the negative reviews and don’t understand ?
I have a ring doorbell front and back and camera front and back .. the cameras have a solar panel so never need charging and they all work fantastic .. in fact I have a ADT cctv security system and these are better !

ThE APP HAS SO MANY BUGS IT TAKES FOREEEEEVER TO SETUP. It’s slow like a turtle!!!! I’m sick of it never again. HORRIBLE WILL CHANGE TO A BETTER BRAND. EXPENSIVE YEAR COST AND SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! - OF COURSE ASIA!

Door bell used to do a good job. However, since they added adverts over the top of the interface of the app, not only does it delay your response to access the door bell but the advert is now blocking the app completely.
So frustrating!!
I will be replacing ASAP.

I writing to help others who are being scam by Aiwit , There was no warning when purchasing Aiwit ring door bell that i had to subscribe to continue using and recording with my Aiwit equipment? I believe so people are money back? After around 9 months they disabled me from using playback on my recording and started demanding that i subscribe or the Aiwit Ringdoor bell is useless? Now this is corrupted as a company that needs reporting? Please i ask if anyone are experiencing this.level of extortion and corruption? Yours JB

Dreadful machine, awful app . Takes an age to set up, won't link to the separate chime ,and best of all, mine only works when it's plugged into the battery charger . AVOID !!!!

You were told what you where purchasing. Perhaps you should look at settings and a solar panel. Work's as advertised. Only wish could add to security system.

Forces you to download a pdf viewer that is not associated with the product when you login again. Utter rubbish.

This camera spazzes out & at the end of the day i'll have over 350 videos. I live on a dead end street, like at the END. Now it's not keeping a charge. Low charge, not taking videos or picking up anything at all. I charge it again 2 times, and then it starts freaking out again, hundreds of video per day. Ive updated the APP multiple times. This is crazy. We're moving, then im getting different cameras.
