I worked with Alexander Grace for the purchase of my house in Surrey, and I was super happy with their help and efficiency, even though they were not local to the region where I was buying. The whole process was very smooth. So, when it came to selling the same house, it was an easy decision to get their expert help again. Once more, it was extremely straightforward and smooth, and everything progressed without any issues. A special shout-out to Rebecca Gibbs, the paralegal who communicated with me the most. She was always very responsive and helpful, and played a key role in helping to push my sale over the finish line, especially at one point when I thought it was going to collapse and she had to have pointed communications with my buyer. A terrific group -- highly recommend them!

I was recommended to use Alexander Grace Law, from The Mortgage Hut who found me the product I required. Within minutes of starting the process I received access to a secure portal for submitted documents. Logging into the service was easy. Once uploaded I received a response the next day, and AGL have been in contact pretty much most days as we exchanged information. The remortgage process took around 6 weeks in total, with other issues which became apparent (mine) and was a seamless and easy to deal with operation. As a result of this remortgage, I will be instructing them to deal with my bridging loan and final mortgage when I move into my new house. Dealing with Samantha was a great experience and I quite simply could not rate them any higher.

My Property Sale was dealt with professionally and as it had 2 failed sales the performance by this firm was consistent through to the third sale. Each time the sale failed they bounced back to deliver a consistently good approach to our sale. They were helpful in stressful periods with excellent communication and executed the final sale after 12months. Throughout the process our sale was dealt with mainly through the Paralegal Dena Priestly. Dena dealt with all the communication, support and answered all our inquiries in a professional and timely fashion and always kept us informed and up to date.

Having purchased my property using Alexander Grace Law for the conveyancing, we had some serious problems with Registering the property.
However I do not want to refer back on this.
I do though want to comment on one of your staff who once made aware of the problem by myself. Took personal control in what was a very difficult process keeping me informed literally every week on progress.
you just cannot imagine the stress of looking at the land registry document showing the previous owners name still on the registry for nearly a year.
it was an over site, a very rare one I would assume.
However you have a diamond amongst your staff and her name is Steph Ball "head of completion" she took total control and gave me comfort on a daily basis that your company was on my case.
I owned a large company and employed some fantastic people and I know how hard it is to find exceptional staff. your company are very lucky to have someone like Steph Ball.
Don't loose her.

Every time we phoned we was able to reach out to them and sometimes it felt we was constantly contacting them but they’ve always been polite and extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with AGL. I dealt with Bethany Smith. If things in my case became quiet she would email to see how I was getting on. She was patient while I waited for certain documents as it came towards completion, she kept me up to date with everything. Not once was I left wondering what was happening. If I buy or sell property again I will be getting straight back in touch with Bethany. What a nice person too. Thank you

Instructed to process property sale. Proactive communication was non existent, when trying to contact them the responses were few are far between. When they did reply they seemed to have little knowledge of the file they were working on, said sale was progressing well despite being told weeks earlier the buyer had pulled out… Paid £50 upfront fee and no evidence any work was actually done to justify even that small payment, requested work not carried out either. No apology or acknowledgment when issues were raised. No follow up when I advised their services were no longer required which indicates this is something they’re used to. Shouldn’t be taking on work they can’t carry out of this isn’t their usual standard of service.

I was kept very up to date throughout the process and any questions I had were answered within 24 hours by email although it was usually same day!
I dealt with Kate Mercer and her team and I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.
