They simply do not act in the interest…
They simply do not act in the interest of their clients. They are completely hands off, they blamed me for agreeing a completion date on my end of deal mortgage only to realise that they incurred me late repayment charge because the deal was actually ending on that day and not the following day!!! I asked them to fix this error because clearly I was switching from one deal to another on the end of current mortgage deal as my mortgage advisor advised them, but they came back and blamed me for this! That I should know that completion should happen after the deal ends and not ON the last day! I will be suing them if they don't give me back my money.
Integrar end up costing me dual interest
Integrar decided to ask my new lender for mortgage advance 1 business day prior and there was immediate weekend following before completion. This resulted in me paying both lenders for additional days of interest. This was done without my consent or without informing me. I wasn’t consulted about any alternative options such as delaying completion by 1 day to avoid the dual charge. My emails was ignored and when i spoke to customer experience advisor ‘Sam’ he dismissed my issue stating this is standard business practice. An enterprise of this size should do better to inform customers of risks and mitigation options. I wouldn’t recommend them, poor CX, and unresponsive over emails.
Just used integrar and was very pleased…

Poor communication
This firm have been extremely poor at communicating. They do not provide detailed information about legal processes and what is required. They're slow, last minute, and send frequent out-dated automated updates which clutter up correspondence and make information difficult to obtain. I have found working with them difficult and frustrating.
An extremely disappointing experience.
An extremely disappointing experience.
My complaint was handled by a Danny Kelly, and despite multiple emails, he repeatedly failed to answer the straightforward questions I asked.
I wasn't disputing that an additional £60 fee existed. I simply asked what work was actually carried out to justify charging it in my case. I asked:
What work was undertaken?
Who carried it out?
How long did it take?
What actions were taken to resolve the issue?
These questions were never answered.
Instead, I received generic explanations of what an OS1 search is and repeated references to their fee structure, neither of which addressed my complaint.
To make matters worse, Danny's initial response referred to my "preferred completion date", despite me never requesting one and my complaint having absolutely nothing to do with completion times. When a complaints handler includes information that is irrelevant or inaccurate, it doesn't inspire confidence that they've properly read the complaint.
The issue itself was ultimately resolved because I contacted the previous lender to have their charge removed. From my perspective, Integrar identified there was an issue but did not resolve it, yet still charged an additional £60.
The final response then stated that no further correspondence would receive a reply, despite the central questions never being answered.
This was one of the most frustrating complaints processes I've experienced. I was looking for a straightforward explanation, but instead received generic responses that completely missed the point.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Integrar.
Really poor solicitors
Integrar have been incredibly incompetent. They have lacked clarity in their fees and timelines, and due to THEIR shortfalls we had to delay completion of the mortgage. And even then, they charged us a fee even though the delay was solely their fault for using old documentation at completion day. Lots of hidden fees, and really poor communication.
Incompetent and slow
Had to chase so much to get anything done. Miscalculated my completion statement used the wrong figures. Cant interact with competant solicitors as they cant understand basic legalese. Lied to me in writing.
Lots of communication which is good but…
Lots of communication which is good but don't have basic tools to verify ID's so you need to hire another solicitor to do that at extra cost. Would avoid if possible.
Terrible, terrible, terrible
If I could give them zero stars then I would. Awful company and I will actively ensure that any future remortgage doesn’t use this incompetent lot
Fraud conveyancer
Fraud conveyancer. Extremely poor service from Integrar for my mortgage. It was supposed to be a free service provided by Barclays but I ended up paying £583 to Integrar for rent charge and indemnity insurance and other services. Barclays saying they never asked for indemnity insurance so this comes under fraud category. I am going to raise it with Legal ombudsman and wherever I can. Extremely get in touch with anyone.

TERRIBLE FIRM TO WORK WITH
TERRIBLE FIRM TO WORK WITH, I would avoid at any cost.
The main issue is the lack of correspondence - which you would see that there will be no solicitor for you to work with. You will speak with admin people who will delay every response 3-4 work days. And don't be surprised if they give you unexpected costs for insurance that is not optional but also threaten you to get the insurance with an additional fee or they will close your file.
Good luck, you've been warned.
Many thanks to Jade and Jake at Integrar.
Many thanks to Jade and Jake getting my remortgage over the line in time for my mortgage deadline. Integrar Services offers a very efficient and a cost effective solution for conveyancing.
Everything went smoothly!
Very pleased
I was quite nicely surprised with how our remortgage was dealt with. You always assume solicitors drag their heels but I didn’t get this impression from Integrar. There were many names that I had correspondence with through the process of our remortgage but I understand Matthew was our main caseworker and Chloe was particularly helpful and professional. Thank you

Remortgage nightmare using this firm
Remortgaging my property and used this form as suggested by the bank. The worst decision I made. Totally unacceptable service. You can’t speak to anyone other than a clerk reading from a script who can’t answer the most basic questions.
Avoid at all cost.
