First time experiencing support from…
First time experiencing support from Intergrar services, process was very easy and I was kept up to date through the whole process which made the experience hassle free. I would like to thank Chris who was assigned to my case for his support all the way through.
I would agree with another reviewer…
I would agree with another reviewer here- everything is done via portals and emails. A case worker is assigned who you can email and they respond but you dont have direct access to them to be able to speak. There were delays in not verifying my id check at their end which stalled the whole process. I only found out because I chased. The radio silence made me anxious so I chased that I wouldnt complete on time. But, once the problem was identified and I pushed for action- I completed on time. No problem in completing in the end.
Thanks to Charlotte and Jake
Thanks to Charlotte and Jake, effortless process and completed in plenty of time
Absolutely appalling experience end to…
Absolutely appalling experience end to end using this company. Had I been given the choice, I would have never engaged in any business with them. Extremely confusing process, very repetitive and frustrating, incredibly hard to get hold of (have sent them numerous emails without ever getting a reply). Really the worst of the very worst.
Appalling company
Appalling company. Completely non-responsive.
I urge you to avoid doing business with them. Spend a bit more on a conveyancer that will reply to emails and actually help progress your sale/mortgage
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Our bank used them for our re-mortgage. Won’t reply to emails unless you chase multiple times, 5 different caseworkers replying each time causing utter confusion and duplication and a simple matter became a very stressful situation. I can’t fathom how a big lender is using this company. Shambles.
Useless from start to finish
Useless from start to finish.
Terrible service and poor communication throughout our entire remortgage process. Incorrect guidance and information was provided resulting in payments being made to our previous mortgage lender incorrectly. Slow responses to emails. Charges applied for work that we carried out ourselves. Multiple requests for call backs, all of which were ignored. They were appointed on behalf of HSBC so we had no alternative but I would never use them again if possible.
Horrific from start to finish
Horrific from start to finish. I’ve asked 5 times for a response to questions. I’ve had 1 email back saying it takes 48 hours to respond to email……but not answering the questions !!!!!
They hide the phone number in the depths of the internet then don’t answer. Wish I’d never come across this business. Embarrassment to the law business.
Do not use: last‑minute funding demand due to their error
Integrar issued a Completion Statement weeks in advance showing no additional funds were required. I relied on this.
On the day of completion, I was told around 15 minutes before the deadline that I had to urgently pay a £915 shortfall or completion would be delayed and incur extra interest. Integrar later admitted this was caused by their own internal error inputting the mortgage offer.
I was forced to pull funds from business savings to prevent the transaction from failing, exposing us to avoidable financial risk. An incorrect fee was also charged and later refunded.
Rather than accepting responsibility, Integrar suggested that I or my mortgage adviser should have identified their mistake.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend using Integrar. The matter is now being escalated to the LMS panel and the Legal Ombudsman, and I have also submitted my concerns to the BBC's Watchdog and Leeds Building Society.
They were appointed by HSBC to process…
They were appointed by HSBC to process my remortgage application but beware because they charge you additional fees without telling you and then claim that they told you about those charges in one of the hundreds of docs they sent you. They are a scam! Their systems are also awful and they keep sending you emails to provide a missing info where you have already provided them with this info multiple times before. They are awful and I will be sure complain to HSBC about them!!!!
Re-mortgage
Great service. Anya and Jake did a marvellous job getting the re-mortgage completed. It went very smoothly and we were kept informed at all times.
Over complicated…
Over complicated automated stream of PDF's.
Early on in an Equity release I was advised to send identifying documents to them without me being present to "witness" the files.
Most of the process is automated with a shared distribution inbox - so you'll struggle to know if you are ever talking to the same person, and you'll be spammed with the same PDF over and over again.
I was told my case would be simple, it felt anything but. I will avoid Integrar like the plague in the future.
Poor response from this company.
Poor response from this company.
I have written several complaint letters requesting escalation, and also my rights to change providers (they were allocated directly by the bank) and Integrar did not reply to those emails either.
The service is disjointed, their requests are very unclear, and they have never accepted my request for a phone call or a meeting to go through issues together.
My mental health was seriously affected
I feel I am being generous giving one star. If you want to be know by a number, have numerous emails sent to you asking for repeat information and be so stressed your mental health is seriously affected, the use this company. Need I say more.
My mortgage
The company was efficient and quick in dealing with my mortgage They were easy to get hold of to answer any questions I had
Questionable additional charges
Integrar were meant to be handling my re-mortgage. I've used them in previous years and they were good. But this year, I've had such a bad experience with Integrar that I've decided to stop the application and go elsewhere.
It started with multiple requests for the same information I had already provided.
Followed by requests for additional fees. When I asked for clarification on what these additional fees were for, I got no responses. I sent 3 to 4 emails asking for clarification and not one of my emails were responded to.
I had asked why they were requesting additional fees to prepare a deed of variation for a leashold property, when my house was a freehold and not subject to ground rent. I gave Integrar the benefit of the doubt and asked if some information had been incorrectly recorded on the forms. Still, I got no answer. My mortgage advisor had mentioned that Integrar had been known to charge customers for services they didn't require. The complete lack of response when I questioned Integrar several times on the additional work they wanted to charge me for, made me very suspicious. Any reasonable and professional company should be able to clearly explain what it is they are doing and why it's required.
Waiting ages
I don't know if this will help them sort my mortgage out but I've waited ages
Highly recommended for remortgage services
The remortgage process was easy, quick and efficient. The online portal was great to keep track of the different stages, see what was outstanding and how to move forward. Communication was also excellent; I had a few questions, and the team (Roo, Hamza, Megan, Jake) was always very responsive.
Remortgaging
On what can be a daunting experience, I felt I was helped throughout this process step by step by Integrar.
By allocating a case worker, Jade…who was exceptional the reassurance continued for it to be a smooth process and when Jade wasn’t available Jake stepped in.
Thankyou both for your support 🙏
