Great service

Great service. Very easy to navigate the system. Most of the forms and comms is done online with quick answers to any questions. Customer services work
Longer hours which is a huge benefit when your a shift worker. Megan was my case worker, she was very thorough and quick to respond to my questions.

Everything is via a portal

Everything is via a portal. It does help having the free legal service. You can contact someone via email if needs. E. Registering to portal was my only headache.

Remortgage - great experience using Integrar

I’ve just completed on a remortgage and Integrar did the legal work for me. They were incredibly efficient, and it sailed through with no issues at all. When I had a query it was answered quickly, and Megan my case handler and Jake the team leader, were both knowledgable, helpful and professional. Great experience from start to finish.

ok-ish

Been nearly 3 months for a remortgage process, I have sent all documents for their review in Feb but they keep chasing me on the outstanding documents and now 6 weeks gone but current mortgage is due by end Apr! Doubt how professional is the legal team when reviewing the documents. Seriously if you dont understand anything just google it before checking with your client? I have resent all documents anyway and let's see. Totally disappointed about the legal team and the admin team. Looks like they dont have communication at all.

Updated on 1/May, finally people catching up the progress and made the date so I amended to give a 4 stars rating. Not ideal but eventually it happens. My recommendation is if you didnt hear anything from them for over a week. Call and chase or speak with your mortgage broker. I believe they do work to deadline but sometimes it just frustrating to have back and forth to resend the same documents.

I had the opportunity to work with Integrar for my mortgage application and they are great. Very professional , helpful people , quick response to any questions or issues I’ve had. Misheel , our caseworker provided the best services . Very polite , transparent and friendly!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, it was an ok'ish experience.

Relatively smooth process, but stressful at times due to working within a tight timescale. Integrar also kept asking me to provide information which I had already supplied to them on many occasions! Overall - ok.

Megan was my case worker for our re-mortgage and Jake was the Team Leader.
They kept me informed of the progress of my application throughout the process and were responsive to any queries I had.

Remortgage service - Quick response

We used Integrar services for our recent remortgage. They were quick to respond to any queries and kept us informed at every stage of the progress. Their online portal is quite handy to track progress. The case worker Roo was very helpful.
