Smooth and seamless process

Smooth and seamless process. Easy to log into account. Prompt replies to emails when unsure of something. Can’t fault. All went well and I was kept informed at every stage of my mortgage renewal. The whole experience was stress-free from start to finish — the team were professional, efficient and made what can often feel like a daunting process very straightforward.

appalling service. don't care if they lose consumers money. tread with extreme caution

appalling service. sat on previous lenders redemption statement for a month without even sending it to me for my own review or attention. 3 days before we're due to complete they request funds from the new lender and send me a completion statement with £2000 shortfall I have to pay from my own funds. only at this very late stage have i been made aware of any potential problems and didn't even take the time or care to notify me. just expect me to pay. this is capitalism at its worst, churning out cases for profit on behalf of the banks without a single care for the consumer. a company of this scale dealing with thousands of these transactions every day and they still can't get this right - most likely because they don't care. if you end up being subject to the tyranny of the banks using Integrar - tread with extreme caution

Swift handling by Integrar

Received great service by Anya handed my mortgage from my bank didn’t have any problems using their website to upload any documents required pretty pleased how quickly the process went.

Great service and so much easier than doing it yourself!

I’ve never used a service like this before as I’ve always stayed with the same mortgage provider. I found it all to be a very smooth process and there was very little I needed to do. I just left everything in the safe hands of Integrar. In particular I found the caseworker Chloe and the team leader Jake really easy to work with. I was fully explained how the process works and continually updated. I would certainly look to use Integrar again.

Overall a good service, but confusing

Overall a good service which is sometimes confusing due to the multiple ways of communication. Website updates, email support, text -was quite challenging to follow. The emails were always answered promptly by my case worker, Abbie and the re-mortgage was ultimately done without problems.

Very prompt and professional service

Very prompt and professional service.
Chloe was excellent whenever I emailed with a query as I am not very savvy when it comes to these things and mortgage went through very smoothly. It is a shame that there are so many documents to go through and provide but I guess that this I just the world that we live in. I would highly recommend Interar.

Great experience and streamlined…

Great experience and streamlined service with Integrar conveyance.
Track my case portal was a great addition to keep personal track on action/completion status for all parties involved in the remortgage process.

Jack H-W and Nathan H superb help with immediate support on any queries, questions and clarifications.

Look forward to working with integrar again in the future.

Would personally like to give no stars…

Would personally like to give no stars as this service were meant to be dealing with a mortgage for me and my brothers but they have claimed on numerous occasions that neither of my brothers owns the house even though 2 lawyer firms have checked and stated that they do own the house. The person that has been dealing with the case has been very uncooperative and the whole of integrar as a team appear to be very unprofessional and not able to read documents. The bank we were going with for our mortgage even stated after we started having issues with integrar that they do not do proper checks. Integrar I would suggest that you give your team proper training and make sure that they can read documents that state on them official copy.
