After endless back and forth and this public review, They finally emailed admitting my documents are correct and promised a coupon refund though I still haven't actually received it yet.
Even when it arrives, giving a coupon instead of actual cash is incredibly unfair. I paid real money out of my pocket to return a faulty item. Forcing me to take store credit is just a cheap tactic to make me spend more money with them. I only agreed because they rejected my proof so many times I felt I had no other choice.
I am keeping my 1-star rating. It shouldn’t take a week of arguing, constant document rejections, and a public complaint to get a basic £4.45 refund. The customer service and hassle were disgraceful.

The product was falsely advertised as…
The product was falsely advertised as being made from stainless steel. In reality it was made from nicely plated zinc die cast. I t looks good but has not much strength to be used as a rope tensioner. First time I used it,it broke. To return the product would cost me more in time and fuel than the refund I would receive. Traders with products like this will damage the reputation of Aliexpress.

The best I have found.
Not as many advertisements or supposed competitions as other sites. Descriptions are accurate. Delivery is timely sometimes faster than other suppliers from within Australia. If there is a rare problem Ali express resolve it in all cases do far.

Aliexpress is supposed to offer free return within 15 days
Aliexpress is supposed to offer free return within 15 days of receipt. But when I tried to activate this free return (for supposedly Bosch-compatible Li-ion batteries, but actually UNcompatible batteries), the seller used all kinds of evasion tactics, and Aliexpress "customer support" was no help and sided with the dishonest seller. Pay more on Amazon, but with a much better service and a true return guarantee.

WARNING! Fraudulent Seller & AliExpress Support is a Scam (2 Appeals Rejected)!
The seller sent a completely wrong, tiny size that doesn't fit my 'Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5' at all. After proving it with videos, the seller admitted the mistake and agreed in writing to a 50% refund without a return.
The real nightmare is AliExpress support. I opened a dispute and it was rejected. I then submitted TWO separate Appeals, attaching clear screenshots of the seller's refund agreement and photo evidence. Both times, AliExpress instantly rejected my appeal with the exact same automated, copy-paste template ('votre demande d'appel a été clôturée').
There are NO real humans reviewing these disputes. It is managed by useless bots programmed to deny refunds and steal your money. AliExpress has zero buyer protection. Save your money and stay away from this store and this platform!

Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. I feel I was ripped off when buying a clock from Ali Express. What I thought I was buying was a nice wooden clock, what arrived was a cheap very thin piece of ply with a sticker on it. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told I would have to pay the postage back to China leaving me right of pocket to get nothing for it. I also had to wait nearly 6 weeks for it to arrive.
Now I'm over £16 out of pocket for a piece of tat that I can do nothing with as it certainly can't go on the wall.
I also noticed after I began looking for a clock online that the same clock was for sale on Amazon for £7 meaning Ali Express was charging over double the price! I'm shocked at the lack of customer service and the inflated pricing so buyers beware, think twice before buying from Ali Express you just might regret it

Received dangerous product
Received fake and dangerous product, which I'm not able to return. AliExpress doesn't take any responsibility on the issue. Would not recommend and won't be using anymore.
I have been contacted their Customer Support for 8 time. Every time there has been a promise to fix the issue, but then the ticket has been closed with some generic information.
It's really frustrating, when you get scammed by the seller, and the seller nor the platform which has been used for scam, won't take any responsibility.
