Alitravel 

I have a very bad experience with Alitravel and I wil recomend nobody to buy tickets online by this provider

Recently I booked online by ALI travel. tickets for our holliday to Antalya.
Ecerything was arranged and paid online and got email confirmation.

On the day of our travel in the airport we understoods that there was no ticket reservation or confirmation for us, I was with my familiy, (vijf person) and we have to buy a new ticket or we should contact Alitravel to sulve this problem with them, otherwise we should mis our holliday. we had already booked hotel in Antalya.
I called many times to Alitravel and unfortunately they were not available (they are not working on sunday).
finally, to do not disappoint my childeren I bough a new ticket and went to Antalya. from Antalya called them and understood that this is not a reliable company. trying to give an wrong and unlogical explanation why the tickets were initially reserved en confirmd and later cancelled.
Really I could not believe that this kind of companies are exsisting.
to make the long story short. This is absolully not a reliable company and please don't risk you holliday to trust them.

When searching Alitravel for business class flights, it shows very low prices. After clicking through, on the next screen it offers to "upgrade" to business for thousands of dollars, and offered fare is actually basic economy! Electronic version of "bait and switch" technique....

I correctly received my Ryanair boarding passes by email, but I needed to receive them on my app, as I could not print them out (it was sunday in the place I was: all shops closed). However, I did not have the email used by alitravel for check-in, so I needed to pay for printing them out at the airport. Why Alitravel does not allow clients to check-in by themselves???? Too bad

I've successfully booked tickets and 've received my booking confirmation/documents. It was a bit slow though. I've payed additional fee (£ 5) for the boarding passes that are promissd to be e-mailed to me in few days. Hope it will be done promptly. Can not say anything about the flight yet.

It is just an authorized criminal and deserves to go bankrupt. Due to a late flight, I lost the next flight to Catania. They left me in Fiumicino airport (Rome) a whole day without giving me not a new flight nor an accomodation for the night.

The whole history with booking. Haven't given information on my booking so I couldn't check information on the reservation. Haven't sent a itinerary ticket. Have taken twice more expensively for baggage, than in airlines. Awful company. Reserve directly through airlines better.

Took a bit more than normal to process the payment. Not gonna lie, after reading the scam warnings, I was a bit worried. Still, I got my Ryanair tickets on my app, and confirmation e-mail. Would rate 4 stars if it weren't for the long time (and consequential anxiety) it took to process the payment.

The worst customer experience I had to endure in my entire life.

My flight was cancel by the airline (which I called first, they told me to contact Alitravel directly as they were my travel agency). I called Alitravel, the rudest woman answered and told Alitravel doesn't have access to flight status (the airline confirmed they do in fact have access and I even received an email from alitravel letting me now my flight was cancelled) so I should ask the airline for a document proving the flight was cancelled after being initially delayed.
I called back the airline, where a very nice a patient lady took the time to write a direct message to Alitravel in my booking (which again they swore Alitravel has access to).
I call back Alitravel, same rude woman answer, she recognize me and threaten to hang up on my if I "continue saying the same nonsense" I calmly insist "the airline told me they put all of the information in my reservation, they told me you have access to it, they even put a second message when I called them again can you please check"

I booked and paid by Alitravel a flight from Madrid to London for May 3th 2017 via Norwegian.
When three hours ago I arrived to Madrid Barajas airport my surprise is that my airline booking reference is not in Norwegian's system. It is for May 8th 2017

Did I erroneously click the date? No. I didn't. Alitravel confirmation email states 3th May but airline system states 8th May. Same booking number.

So BE CAREFULL

They charge 'booking fee' £50 AND 'admin fee' £20, total £70 on top of the flight tickets and usual surcharges. Otherwise there was no problem.

Found flight at Swoodoo.com and price of the flight..once i clicked on flight and proceed to book it,price was double the amount and with no baggage included. Big scam,stay off alitravel!

not trust services, take care, i make some phone call from and expensive and nobody help me...i just want to know why i payed my luggage and i have to payed again in the airports....

we have booked a flight form Alitravel and my husband tried for half a day get any information but a chinese person who could not speak English gave no information and was extremely rude. We have got wrong flight reservation codes from Alitravel and now it is impossible to proceed and get any information we despreately need for guaranteeing luggage etc services for our flights. Alitravel Service operates only Monday-Friday, that is totally impossible!
I will NEVER use Alitravel again and will tell everybody this experience.

We booked business class with Alitravel after a Momondo search. They totally scammed us. Charged us 3 times the price I would pay for a normal economy ticket. We discussed Business Class and they confirmed business Class on the email to us. But the confirmation you have to click on has no class mentioned, but does have the business class allowance for the suitcases. I did ask for email confirmation they were business.
At the airport we found out they were economy only. Because we are through this agent you can not log in to flights until you have a flight reference which you wont get till the airport or, perhaps, if you pay 6 pounds for the online book in. Also they delay payments over a few days creating a lot of stress and then charge much higher price. We checked with the bank and there was no problems there end and no request for earlier payments. Payment receipt has LOGITRAVEL as the name of company.

I was re-directed from Momondo.dk to Alitravel to get the flight deal that I wanted. Once you're on their site, they try to force you to tick off mandatory boxes that lead to extra fees. For example, Alitravel has put an asterisk (*), which indicates that it's a mandatory field, next to a box where you have to agree to let them check you in and send you the boarding passes for which they will charge you an additional GBP 5.25. To me that is not customer service, that is humbug! An honest company would let the customer know upfront about any mandatory fee. They also charge a GBP 10 booking fee. Shame on you!

I bought one ticket there and after clicking the authorization button with the amount, I received the email of confirmation with a different amount (almost doubled). I call the help center and they told me that I had payed the price that was on the ryanair site at the moment, even though I only autorized the other amount! Unbelievible!! I have a print screan of the correct amount on the authorization button and even with that they didint help. I'm making a formal complain, this is stylling and not legal!!!
They said: probably ryanair updated the price after your final click, you should talk with them?!?!?!?!?!

BEWARE! Do not book with Alitravel! This is no serious business. The flight, which I booked via Alitravel, I canceled immediately after booking. They claimed to pay back the entire amount, yet, up until today, they refused to pay back the money. Now, I have to sue them. This company is a dubious enterprise. Keep your hands off that company. Fraudulent!!!!

Bei Alitravel handelt es sich um eine unseriöse Abzocke-Firma! Ich habe über Sie einen Flug gebucht und dann gleich wieder storniert! Mir wurde die Erstattung des kompletten Betrages zugesagt. Bis heute habe ich allerdings keinen Cent gesehen und muss diesen nun gerichtlich einklagen. Wenn Sie Ihr Geld beim Fenster rauswerfen wollen, buchen Sie über Alitravel! Komplett unseriös die Firma!!!!

I booked threw Alitravel as they stated that they are cheaper than booking directly with the airline. WRONG information. Never again

We purchased first class tickets and were lucky to be let on the flight with economy class. Tried calling Alitravel, but their 'systems are always down' and they don't follow up by email either. We were told (by AliTravel) at the airport that they couldn't make any changes at the time as that may have voided our economy tickets, which is the ultimate scare tactic when you are about to get on the flight.

Extremely unhelpful on the phone. Unfriendly, rubbish, avoid!

This is not a valid travel company - it's a FRAUD!
