I'm with everyone else here who got scammed buying the Bernie doll. I'm sure the excellent rating given here came from the scammers themselves.

It’s A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They steal product photos off ETSY, sell them and then claim they are lost in the mail. Website no longer works.

Getting in line of the hundreds of others that ordered the Bernie doll in January.. received order confirmation.. and that's it. Never got a tracking or shipping confirmation. Many emails from me went nowhere. The website disappeared.

And out of the blue received an email this morning (March 27th) - with "new offers" of "amazing products". Just like that. I am at a loss of words.

I've read the other reviews and have had the same experience. Ordered the Bernie doll in late Jan; rec'd email "confirming" order; then another email, "Order is on the way" with a supposed order tracking link that doesn't work. Have emailed them 2x; no response. I am out $40 so am not going to jump off a building, but, am wondering if this is worth reporting to Better Business Bureau? Irritating that this company gets away with this and basically is stealing money from people with no consequences. Is there no action that can be taken?

Ordered November 23 It was suppose to be the Christmas gift of my room mates a paire of jocking, one for here, one for me. Never receive it! On december 26 they told me to wait a little bit more because of Covid. I have wait one more month.Nothing I wrote back, they told me to wait again. I waited and waited. 3 months later I ask for a refund they never answered me. It cost me 100$ !

Wish I could give this company minus stars. And I should have read the reviews ahead of time. Biggest scam company. Supposedly item shipped on 2/2/2021. Sent tracking information that doesn’t work. They took my money and ran. Biggest scam ever. Please do not but anything from this company. Now you can’t even get on their website and impossible to reach them. I’ve learned my lesson.

Extremely awful !! This company is a big scam don’t buy from them.. you cancel items not received for two months and they tell you it’s been shipped which is such a LIE because 1.5 months later they send a notice saying the item has just been shipped be patient.

DONT BUy ANYTHING FROM this company ever and report them to Facebook which carries their ad!! And read all the reviews below.it’s say it all

What a scam. My husband ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants for me in early December (for Christmas), only 1 pair arrived (its now March), & the pair that we received is way too small. At first I asked to return the pair we received since they didn’t fit & was told to ship them to China (would cost more to send them back than they cost). And for the past 2 + months I’ve been in touch with their customer service asking to be reimbursed for the pants we never received & after endless back & forth where they were just stringing me along, they tell me that they won’t send a refund for an item that they haven’t received back - yet we never received it!! Such poor customer service. Incredibly poor product. I definitely do not recommend that anyone purchases from this company.

I ordered a large pair of fleece pants for my girlfriend. When they arrived they were super small. No way she could wear them. When I tried to get a refund or exchange she gave me an address in China! But no exact postal code. The Post Office said it would cost me $100 to return the $40 product to China. What a POS this woman is. We got suckered because of COVID and had to do shopping online.

Total scam and now they’ve disappeared. Disputed purchase with my credit card issuer.

Totally a scam, I made an order on Dec and until now I haven't received my order, I was trying to contact them via email but no luck, their website suddenly disappeared. I have called my bank to see if they can help me get my money back.

Received my order March 1st, I ordered in December and the pants I got were cheaply made, no fleece lining as advertised, and maybe child's size, as I bought a large (6' 180lbs male) and they barely go from my waist to my ankles. Garbage product, do not order from them.

Scammed. Ordered the Bernie doll. Tracking stated it was delivered. When I selected the link it was supposedly delivered to an address in Canada (not VA where it was supposed to be delivered). Another link was sent stating a notification was left to let me know where to pick the package up; nothing but a lie. Tried to email the company and I received the following message:
Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to info@voefits . Gmail will retry for 44 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

This company is nothing but a scammer. I wish I could rate them a negative 10.

Ordered the Bernie doll and it was deliver to a wrong address in the wrong state. And I can't get anyone to help me with it. Don't do it!!!

I ordered (4) Bernie dolls and upon tracking them, I found out they were delivered to an address in Texas. I'm in Richmond, Virginia. TOTAL SCAM!

I just hope KARMA gets a hold of them. I'm out $150.

Yep, looks like we're all in the same position. I ordered a Bernie doll, and it never arrived. The website has disappeared, and when I press on the tracking link in my confirmation email, it goes nowhere. I just went to the USPS website and input the tracking number; supposedly my package was delivered to Chandler, AZ. I live in Massachusetts. I suspect this is their scam: they send a package with a pebble in it to mailboxes they have set up around the country and then claim that the package was delivered. I will be calling my credit card company. I am hoping I can get a reimbursement. It might make sense to look at your credit card bills closely to make sure there are not additional charges. I am going to cancel my card.

I wish I had checked this page before I ordered Bernie dolls and sweatpants! Still waiting. Stay away from them!!! I started a dispute with Paypal and American Express. Yesterday I got an email that the Bernie dolls had been delivered. Don't know where but not at my house. Can't track and emails can't be delivered.

Really wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. There’s hustling your customers, and then there’s hustling your customers during a pandemic. This company should be embarrassed of its business practices.

Ordered a Bernie Doll 6 weeks ago. Still hasn’t come, can’t locate updated shipping information, my emails are being rejected and the company website is down for “Rebranding.” I got hustled out of $40. Package is never coming.

Wish I would have read reviews before placing an order. I had the exact same experience as a bunch of other people leaving reviews here. The item took weeks to actually ship after I received tracking info, and then it ended up being delivered to an address in a different state. I have tried emailing and messaging on Instagram and am getting no response.

Horrible! I also ordered a couple Bernie dolls , they were delivered to Bakersfield CA and I live in Norwalk CT. All the info on my order confirmation was correct. I sent an email and it came back undelivered. I also sent numerous emails through FB. Horrible, disgusting people. 😡😡😡😡
