I ordered an XL from them and it fit like a child's XL. It was so effin tiny. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. The smell is awful. Shipping took forever, if you get them at all. Customer service is basically non existent. They only care about pocketing your money. The blocked my Facebook when I commented on one of their posts warning people about them.

Please do not trust this company. It has been 7 weeks since I placed an order and still have not received my items which were gifts and I had to shop elsewhere. Any respectable company would refund your money but they are refusing because they "fulfilled the order".

Received my order about a month after it being shipped. The product is nothing like on the photos, it is clearly very cheap and poorly made.

Worst company ever. Do not shop with them. No tracking, no confirmation number, no email back, no message back. If 0 stars was possible they wouldn't even get that shhit. It's a scam and don't give them your money.

Can I ask those of you who got an email from them who the email was from. I never received a confirmation email so I can't even track it. I've gone through my emails to double check but I see nothing regarding voefits. But my credit card has been charged. UGH. I contacted them through their contact page but have not heard back from them. I've searched the web for a phone number to call but can find nothing. So much for my daughters so called comfy pjs for Christmas.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I ordered from Voefits around Thanksgiving as it popped up on my social feeds and it looked like a great gift for my friends. I put in a large order and they shipped it out fairly quickly. Great. I wait and I wait, and now it’s been about 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve checked the tracking throughout this time, and the link directly from their email leads to a warning that the link goes to an unsafe site. I copied the tracking number and entered it onto their actual site: it’s being shipped from China. I send an email to “Sarah” who initially emailed me when I made my order, I get a bounce back saying that the email wasn’t sent because the address is a virus. And so I find out I’m scammed. I made comments on their Instagram page on their latest photo, saying that their shipping time is not 1-2 weeks as they claim and they’re not likely based in the US as they’ve claimed. They delete all my comments. I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not order from here!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMMIE SCAMMERS. I bought 3 sweats they sent 2, I emailed them and they said you have no proof. I sent them a picture of the shipping label clearly printed as 1.49 lbs I weighed the sweats and they were 10 oz. which comes out to 1.4 lbs plus 1 oz for the shipping envelope. They haven’t responded......SHOCKER. DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! I tried to post a bad review on their site and it wasn’t allowed. So you will only see good ones. But ask yourself 1 question....how can a site that sent out thousands of articles of clothing have only 22 reviews and all 5 star? That’s because the other 900000 reviews weren’t allowed.

I got them but they suck. So cheap. Small. Worth $2. Do not buy, they don't look like the pictures.

Total scam. Received a tracking number for my order to a page that no electronic device I own would open (not even my iPhone!) because of risk of virus. Expecting to lose $106 for 3 pairs of cozy pants my Wife and 2 Daughters will never see. Submitted a claim through PayPal, we'll see. They win, I just wish these pieces of dirt (not the word I wanted to use!) would use their obvious skills to do something good for the world. Happy Holidays to all.

they are definitely a scam, super suspicious behaviour, if you pay with paypal and want to open a dispute they have a big long message on their paypal trying to obviously manipulate you out of opening a dispute (with a veiled threat that you won't get your money back if you open a dispute). They respond to your emails from this random gmail account archelkco at gmail, when I asked for a refund within their stated window of refunding, they took my order number down as if they were going to refund it and instead shipped it out very fast so that they didn't have to refund it, despite my attempts to cancel the order. They delete any questions on their social media. Their website appears to be registered to a toronto address but they claim to be USA based. Its all very suspicious, don't order from them. I doubt I will recieve the pants (and if I do I read a review that they are not at all what you order). their tracking website on their shipped order email leads to a blocked website that is apparently trying to steal my info?? Anyway! Do not order! Highly suspicious!

This website is a scam. I ordered something from them 2 weeks ago and I received an email stating my order was confirmed. After that email I also received another email from them letting me know my shipping number. When I clicked to “track my package” it pulls up a blocked website that says it’s trying to steal my financial information. I reached out to customer service and received absolutely no help and have not been provided any phone number to speak to anyone. It is extremely sketchy and they keep telling me my order will ship in 1-6 days and arrive in 1-12 days. UPDATE- it’s been 1.5 months and I have yet to receive my product.

A complete scam. The product (VF Comfy Sweatpants) that came is completely different to the pictures and description. Essentially, the ones that came are horrendous quality, far cheaper and thinner and not in any way worth the price. So thin that a regular pair of sweatpants would actually be warmer. Do not waste your time or your money. The company reject requests for a refund and ignore any emails.

I ordered a few mask couple months ago. Due to the corona virus the masks could not be shipped to the USA, so they were going to refund me. I was emailing an employee of theres and a month ago he stopped replying to my emails. I also tried to email the company direct but no replies. I just lost $158. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

A scam that doesn't give you any product or your money back. Ordered a mask and a respirator. For a month they wrote on my e-mail that they don't have it in stock and will send it to me next week.
After that nothing and no refund. Just stopped answering e-mails. No money no product....
