Need a zero star review. They simply mark an item “shipped” so you believe they have processed the order, however they never ship. SCAM. Stay away.

I would rate this chop shop a negative number if I could. Ordered Xmas gift 3 weeks ahead of time, received package mid-January. Size was too small. Need an exchange and come to find out they don't have return address listed on website. Sent multiple emails requesting address with no answer. What a waste of money. Avoid this place like the plague.

Terrible! 0 stars aren't an option.

Products are different colours as they appear online - only half of my order has arrived and it's been a month. Poor customer service and they don't offer returns unless faulty.

Ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants on Nov 20th and just got them today. The quality is poor, the sizing is not North American sizing. Ordered a medium. The length would fit someone about 63 inches they are very low cut so when you sit down they don’t stay up. Would never order from this site again. My daughter was very disappointed

I ordered a pair of the fluffy jogging bottoms and they are not at all like the descriptions or picture. They are a terrible terrible quality with fur barely lining them at all.
They took over 2 months to arrive and were sent from America to Asia and then to England so terrible for the environment too!
Above all else they do not fit properly. The legs are really really tight and the top part is ridiculously baggy.

I have sent two emails, an online form and a Facebook messenger message to the company asking where is the return address (because there returns policy doesn’t even have this! And they was nothing in the package when it was delivered) and they just don’t reply!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered Dec 20. As of Jan 8, (21 Days) item is still in China. In a "Shipment information received" status.
And after one email to the company, they've blocked me. I will be disputing this charge, if after Jan 18, the shipping status stays as it is now. That gives them 31 days.

Where to begin. It took a month to arrive and even the customer service team had no visual on where it was. There was no notification on the site to say that the item would take a month to arrive and they even had the audacity to charge me extra for speedy delivery.

I could kind of get over that as it did arrive before Christmas but I was shocked by how bad the quality was. The pictures on the site make these look incredible but they are the cheapest tat I have ever come across. The stitching is all over the place, the fabrics are poor quality and nasty and the belt is a piece of string. On top of all that, there is a rip in the lining.

Their customer service team have now disappeared which is super helpful and after around 10 emails asking for a refund, I have had zero responses.

Clearly a botch job company who have no quality control and couldn't care less about the end consumer.
The delivery is a shambles, the products are cheap/ broken and their customer service team is non existent. What a shocking company.

Is there a way we could all club together and take legal action to ensure no one else has this issue?

Ordered two pairs of sweatpants on November 30th 2020. After waiting for 3 weeks and the package still showing in China I emailed them asking what was going on. They simply replied “it will be there in 1-12 days”, an absurd estimate. Another 17 days went by and I finally received the package (a week after Christmas) and lo and behold, one of the items was completely wrong. They sent a sweatshirt instead of sweatpants. I emailed them and told them rather than a return I would like a refund for the sweatshirt because there’s no way in hell I’m gonna wait another 30 days for the exchange. They’ve since stopped responding to me and it’s been over a week.

This is ALL besides the fact that the product is total garbage. Cheap. Poorly made. Not at ALL like the images in their Instagram posts.

On December 19, I was told that I would receive my order in 9 days. I do not have it and my tracking number shows that it is still in China. I am very very disappointed in your company, and will not be using you again. I am closing on my house this week and will be moving out of the state. I will probably never receive the item that I ordered, and will probably never see that money again.

Complete SCAM stay away from this company. I never received an order confirmation or tracking...took a month to arrive and the large was like a small size. Have tried contacting them via email 6 times over 2 weeks to return and no one responds. No phone number to call them on either. Like someone else said here, very disappointed that Instagram would promote this product but I guess they don't care it is all about ad dollars!! 0 out of 0 for Voefits.

Product has not arrived. No communication. Awful experience. As with all the reviews, it looks like this is a scam. Would not recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. Your order will arrive from China over one month after you place it, and it’s not worth your money or time. Unfortunately I will not be attempting the refund process because it’s deliberately designed to be even more time consuming and a huge hassle. 10/10 disappointed that Instagram would even show ads for this company.

Ordered a month ago today. Still haven’t received anything and the tracking they sent said it was delivered. I’m guessing based on these reviews that I got scammed out of $40.

Do not order from This company. I ordered in November as a Christmas gift. Still don’t have the order as of January 3rd, and when I emailed the company I received an extremely rude reply. Absolutely horrible customer service and I don’t believe I will ever receive my order

Don't order from voefit it's a rip off. I never received my order I keep getting told lies about where it is..total ripoff

Like everyone here, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I finally received my order after a month. The items run extremely small so won't even work as a long overdue xmas present.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering! They charged my credit card at time of order, and still haven't received the items I ordered. The tracking link in the email never worked but the one on their site did work and it APPEARS my package is still on its way. Fingers crossed, but now I am worried about the quality of the product since this was to be a Christmas gift...

Dont bother, i havent recieved my product and it has been nearly a month. I have conacted them numerous times and heard nothing back. They are definitely a scam dont waste your money like i have.
Update: got pants about 2 months late, but way to small dont buy

It took over a month to get my order. I bought the sweatpants and sweatshirt. I ended up getting 2 sweatpants in the wrong colors. The quality of this product is garbage. You could find better quality clothes at the dollar store.

Never received my order. Total waste of money.
