This place sucks! Do not buy from them

I ordered 3 Bernie dolls. They sent me a tracking # that never showed the items were received by USPS and it was generated 2 weeks BEFORE i ordered the item. I emailed them 2ce, no response. Never an update on the tracking status, until I received notification that is was arriving on the 17th. Didn't show destination address. After it was "delivered" it said left at destination mailbox in Tennessee, however I live in Chicago, IL. The address is my CORRECT address on the order confirmation. I opened up a complaint with USPS/DHL and my credit card.

This company sucks.
They sent me pants with a hole in them. They’re only solution: I mail the pants back to China, once they receive the pants they’ll reimburse me. Oh and I have to pay to shipping

Don’t waste you’re time or money

WARNING! They are thieves.

They supposedly delivered my $50 item to a completely wrong address. Now the website doesn’t exist.

I ordered 2 bernie dolls with 2 different orders and didn't get either of them. One of the orders said it was delivered to another city and the other just keeps bouncing around between carriers. I tried contacting them, but their email doesn't work, and now their website is down. Seems like a total scam. Wasted $80! Feels like ebay in 1999!

I ordered a Bernie Sander's crochet doll from them and they said they sent it - but to a different state. I could not find any customer support so I launched a disputed charge. This company was previously called Closetfits and had similarly bad reviews.

Not sure they are even a company (anymore at least). I too ordered a Bernie doll which the PO says was delivered to Michigan, I live in Washington state. Their website is now "rebranding". I've filed a complaint with PayPal and hope to get my money back

I ordered a Bernie doll as a gift for my daughter. I recieved a conformation with a tracking number and it says my order was delivered to Ohio and I live in New York. Nobody from Voefit has responded to any of my emails.

Really a BIG FAT ZERO on product and customer service, which is really non existant!!! The women's medium ordered might have fit a thin, 8 year old girl. Also, Tracking did not work. Product arrived 6 weeks later with no return/refund info.!!!
I'm out almost $40, but don't havecyhe energy to pursue a refund! Voefits should be closed down!!! Voefits, I hope you are listening!!! Maybe you could reach out to people you ripped off over the holidays! Shame on you!

I did finally receive an email with the return address: Zhucheng Road, Xinzhuang, Shanghai, China!! I have to pay for the return even though they sent the wrong size. To China!! That explains the quality and lack of service.

Order arrived alright, but it doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Really cheap and nasty crap made in China. Sizing is all over the place too. I got a reply to my email but all they want to do is find an excuse not to refund you and when I insisted, they just stopped responding. Now getting credit card company involved.
Don’t waste your money, it’s cheap for a reason.

I ordered a pair of pants and I still have not received it. Awful company. They happily charged my card. I am not sure which country this company belongs to. They have great ads and they are scamming people. If a company does not have an address on their website, never order from them.

Worst online retailer I've ever dealt with! I wish I could give zero stars. No one should get duped into buying from this scam of a company. Ordered two pairs of sweat pants for my wife during Black Friday and never received them! EVER! They were sent to the wrong address and even when I immediately realized this mistake on my end and corrected it with their customer service rep, who confirmed the address was corrected and numerous times after confirmed this to me too. However, after checking the shady Chinese tracking company, it showed the package was delivered to the wrong address on 12/30! Over a month after I placed my order. Obviously coming from Chinese warehouse and the incompetent's still sent it to the wrong address. I've emailed the company multiple times and never resolved this issue. Never got refunded and got ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!

I wish I can give zero stars. My husband bought a pair for me for Christmas. They're not as cute as they are on the site, they're small and cheap. They do not do exchanges or returns. They do not list their return policy on their website. It took them 5 days to reply between emails so 10 days later just said I'm stuck with them. Well thanks.

Save yourself the money and do not buy these! They do not look like they do online. I also ordered a size larger than I usually am, so they’d be extra comfy and when I tried them on they were so tight on me. You can honestly find something better at Walmart

Wish I could rate this zero. Tracking doesn’t work and I was told “rest assured” I would receive them. It’s been over 1.5 months and haven’t received anything and their customer service isn’t responding. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY!!!

Scam! It took 2 months to receive! The quality/sizing of this is terrible! Now I’m trying to return and I’m not receiving any response from the company! Do not waste your money

I got a pair for Christmas and I absolutely love them! The material is nice and soft, the pockets are a decent size and they keep me super warm! They took a while to arrive but I was very happy when they came in.

sizing is SO OFF. Horrible material. They also shipped a wrong item, but my review is strictly off of the material and sizing. This is a scam of a company. Great marketing and images on website, but do not purchase from them.
