We were visiting London this past summer and stopped in for a bite. The food was delicious and service was amazing. We were impressed at the variety the menu offered and the atmosphere. This is definitely a little gem and we will be back as soon as we can. All staff were hard at work and so hospitable. It was so nice to see customer service executed so well. Kudos to the staff, Keep it up!

Went out for drinks with a friend one evening, They were delightful, I was served very promptly upon arrival and they catered to my every need!

I had my office Christmas lunch at the Wimbledon branch. We also had our Christmas lunch there last year, and my entire meal was superb, so I was really looking forward to this year’s dinner. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.

For my main course, I chose the turkey dinner, and it was awful. The potatoes tasted like cheap frozen ones and had black vein-like marks running through them. I was served only one pig in blanket (I had two last year), and it was burnt. There was just a tiny piece of broccoli. Overall, the quality of the ingredients was poor, and the portion size was much smaller compared to last year.

For dessert, I had a brownie. I was given three tiny pieces of what seemed to be shop bought brownies, which were burnt. I couldn’t even swallow them because they crystallised in my mouth. The coffee-flavoured sauce that came with it was disgusting. I ended up returning my dessert.

The starter was good, but that was the only positive. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I left feeling hungry. I would not recommend having a Christmas dinner there, you will be disappointed.

Just walked out, rude staff. The first bit of poor service experienced in lovely Edinburgh.

Visited all bar one in Hammersmith and had a lovely experience, food was great cocktails was nice and 2 for 1.
Manager Keifen made such an effort to make sure our evening was wonderful will definitely be coming back.

Now 2 Deliveroo orders cancelled by Richmond restaurant half an hour after accepted. No call or explanation, really messed up our evening. Awful customer service and communication, avoid.

Victoria branch is amazing and had good vibes. We had a party of 20 and the service dint slow down despite being bisy with other customers too

Had such a great time at this bottomless brunch! The food options were amazing — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. The drinks were really nice too, and James and Tina behind the bar were fantastic at keeping everything flowing!

All the staff were super friendly and made the whole experience feel easy-going and relaxed. Overall, it was a great atmosphere and definitely somewhere I’d come back to. Highly recommend!

I very rarely leave a review but this evening the service at All Bar One Nottingham from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Esha was so attentive and so friendly all through out our meal, me and my colleagues were so pleased with the level of service provided by Esha and equally happy with the food!

I recommend this place to anyone wanting quality food combined with quality hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friend and I Visited Birmingham restaurant (by Grand Central Station). We were shown to our table. There isn't much room around the tables, it appears they are squeezing in as many tables in as possible in the restaurant, which is not ideal. Our waiter Cyres was very helpful and friendly. We chose the fish and chips and had a carafe of wine to share. The food was enjoyable, however our wine was lovely but a little over-priced.

Just called in to the Harrogate restaurant. We had the fish and beef Tacos with sweet potato fries. It was all very tasty and promptly served. Very pleasant staff. We just need to know how they get their fries so crispy. Regards Andrew

Another excellent Tapas and wine meal at the Leeds, Greek St. branch. Great friendly staff, with tapas that rival many in Benidorm's Tapas Alley.
Tapas Tuesday is highly recommended.

Went to All Bar One at Waterloo for lunch. The food was good and the service from our waitress Anna was excellent. Anna was very helpful, professional and friendly despite being rushed off her feet at a very busy lunchtime, so I wanted to give her a special mention. The three of us at the table had houmous, halloumi fries, fish & chips and fish finger bun which were all very tasty.

Average food for an expensive price. I also did not like service being automatically added where there is no mention of this anywhere. The price is way too high and there are better restaurants/bars elsewhere - Waterloo

Went to the all bar one in Birmingham airport. Asked for the non alcoholic mojoito as allergic to alcohol. Made sure twice and pointed to it ok the menu. Sat down with the drink took 4 big gulps and it was gone! Only then did I feel a burning in my chest ... it was full of rum!! Went to the bar and said please tell me you didn't use alcohol in my drink to which she replied ... oh yeah I did soz ... soz!!!! I sent the next 3 hours feeling sick as a dog! £9.50 for 4 gulps of something your allergic to! Joke

All bar one opposite cannon st. Station is great! We were served by Momo who gave us excellent service! We will be back

Start with cheaper drinks, this place is dearer than Didsbury, could buy a bottle of wine for the cost of a large glass & not particularly good wine,

Absolute shocking service.

Seems in Edinburgh Festival Square it pays to be a tourist. As a local you get shocking service and when you raise that as a paying customer you get told you’re out of order.

We booked a table as we knew it was busy. When we arrived we asked if we could sit outside as we were early and just left a hot venue at the festival.

The person at the door which we later learnt was the manager Jay walked us to table furthest away, I put the dismissive attitude down to being dressed at festival times. As someone working at this period in central Edinburgh I know how busy it can get, however it wasn’t busy outside and I had even joked about being put at the edge of the venue to the party I was with.

We had a glass of Prosecco then decided to head in. When politely asking if this was possible we were told we needed a booking. Random as less than 30mins prior we had come in saying we had a booking. Guess you say you will sit outside cancels or negates a booking?

After some back and forth a table was found. Well I say a table, it was a high long counter my the door. We were not shown to the table it was more a point then walking off. We took seats not totally sure if we had sat in the right spot. Unknowingly to them one of the party had a medical condition and the high seats were not exactly suitable.

We spotted another table a little while later and again politely asked if we could move. They said they would ask. We witnessed Jay the manager clear the table in a manor that suggested we had caused an inconvenience. Anyone would begin to think we hadn’t just ordered food and drinks and clearly been good paying customers.

The attitude and lack of service at this point was shocking and everyone was commenting. I’ve worked in hospitality and have many friends who do and this just felt totally lacking. Not one to say anything I felt the impulse to highlight it all to the manager, At this point not aware the issues had come from the manager Jay.

After raising I was told it had been taken out of context and the rest of the party hadn’t said anything and been polite. I advised they were doing just that, being polite but also not happy. Rather than a simple sorry and finding out my issues I got excuses and threats based on a behaviour I wasn’t giving.

I went back to the table to find the food was served but had come out cold. At this point I just left the venue as I wasn’t prepared to sit there after such shocking service. The rest of my party stayed to finish drinks and food before we headed onwards.It was like we hadn’t paying customers.

I wouldn’t come back here for that kind of service. As a local there are a large number of places with far better service, food and actually know what hospitality is.

Never been so upset to get accused of something that anyone will say is totally nothing my character.

Service terrible. Tables dirty and not cleaned. Request basic things like salt and pepper and the waitress rolls her eyes and then ignores the request.

If you want tea, you are handed a teabag and a pot of not very hot water. We had bacon rolls/sandwich the bacon was burnt black in fact. My son reckon it tasted like Ash. I quite like well done bacon but it was too much for me too . Of course, because you’re in the airport you’re trapped so it is what it is but don’t expect it to be good
