Quick, efficient and not too expensive

I've just arranged travel insurance with AllClear. I was really pleased with how simple the whole process was. Nicola was an absolute star, going through everything in great detail whilst looking at the best policy to suit my needs. So friendly and helpful - despite having to evacuate when a fire alarm was activated - I can't speak highly enough of her. Very professional and very impressive. A real credit to AllClear. Thank you.

AllClear gave me an email to renew my policy at a lower price than last year, however their system refused to accept my policy number to renew.
However I got good service from a lady called Beverley on the phone. Although there were a few glitches in their system again, resulting in her having to manually input data. These issues are why I gave 4*

Bruce, the AllClear agent I was speaking with was very clear articulate, polite and helpful. My insurance cover was completed in a smooth and timely manner with no problems, my questions were answered quickly and confidently and Bruce came across as a very knowledgeable Agent. Good Man.
