Check your bank accounts

If I could give zero I would
Scammers !!!! I have just received a bank notification for an app that I certainly did not sign up for and certainly do not want to.
I will be persuing this all the way with the bank and supporting authorities .

Scam company

Scam company, do not use!

Over charged me £2, only £2 but not the point, offered me 75p worth of points instead of refunding me. Obviously won't be using again! Sent screenshots of order price confirmation and the money I was actually charged, they just ended the chat as resolved. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, was charged twice on Saturday and have tried contacting 3 times to get a refund but ignored. Best sticking to other companies who have customer service and actually respond when there’s a problem.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, ordered Chinese it arrived, but it was inedible, beyond gross, things floating in sauces and dirt in the plain rice, rancid sweet amd sour dishes. So contacted All Eat expecting a refund, even packed up all the food ready to send back. No refund, no help just basically tough shit. Won't be using again and have reported restaurant.to council food standards

Do not use these jokers

Do not use these jokers. Logged in and had an offer which states "Welcome to All Eat and thank you for ordering. Here's an App Exclusive Deal just for you. Use code [ALLEAT] at checkout for £6 OFF on the App! Download the app now to enjoy this offer- URLTODOWNLOAD". This is the full message with all the info they presented.

I downloaded the app, created an account and then went to use the code which came up with an error. Went to online support who said there were issues with some codes, then that this one was expired. However the code was still showing in the chat which I pointed out and they just stopped responding.

I can see others have had problems with the code and that it might be only £2 off 3 orders. If this is the case then it is not clear at all so must be hidden in some terms and conditions which are not presented to you. But I couldn't get it to work anyway.

In the end I decided to order through Just-Eat and have requested my account be deleted.

I would give this company minus…

I would give this company minus reviews. Tried ordering from my local takeaway, got redirected to ALLEAT's app, where it distinctly states £6 off your order when you download the app and use code ALLEAT. Did this and instead of £6 I got a £2 discount. Very misleading. Reported to Trading Standards, as company is apparently based in Croydon.

Scam

Scam. Paid for food that never came. The restaurant never received the order and claim they don't have an account with all eat. Totally useless. Do not use this service under any circumstances.

Abysmal won't respond to attempts to contact them to resolve a data issue

This company keeps sending me emails confirming orders in Kilmarnock that I have not placed. I have emailed them THREE times and they have failed to respond.

They do not take data security seriously and I will be reporting them to the ICO.

Dreadful organisation. You should be ashamed at your lack of customer service, lack of professional integrity and slap dash approach to data protection.

They took the payment twice

They took the payment twice. I have called every day for the last 6 days and they are refusing to resolve this issue to the point that it is likely this will be reported to the bank to resolve. Very disappointed!!!

Waste of time and money

No customer care. No refund for wrong delivery. Going back to deliveroo or direct order to restaurant. Food overpriced too. 4e more l guess commission for using app. Overall experience: waste of time and money. You dont offer order history.

Not using them ever again.

We liked the app and used it often. Then a week or so back we had a late-delivery / rudeness / cold food issue with the takeaway and all that stopped. All Eat were powerless to either intervene or obtain a refund (in spite of having all the evidence to hand and wasting hours of our time) in fact they proved themselves to be completely ineffective and as a result we'll be using neither them - nor the takeaway involved - ever again.

Had good experience with this platform

Nothing to complain about

I ordered through their connected website for a restaraunt, the order was communicated to the restaurant properly, with instructions but the restauraunt got the order wrong unfortunately. I contacted their customer service, they contacted the restaurant and I got a refund, so I'm happy :)
