Ho stipulato una polizza Allianz…
Ho stipulato una polizza Allianz (Travel cancellation and assistance) il 22/5 insieme ad un biglietto KLM. Subito dopo avere ricevuto la polizza, ho letto i Termini e Condizioni e ho appreso che questa polizza non copre gli italiani residenti all'estero, come nel mio caso. Per questo ho scritto subito a ecommerce allianz per chiedere la recessione dal contratto. Secondo i Termini e Condizioni il rimborso deve avvenire entro 30 giorni. Ad oggi, 11/6, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta da Allianz, se non che la mia pratica non risulta e che stanno facendo delle "verifiche tecniche". Tra 10 giorni scade il termine entro cui Allianz è tenuta a rimborsare la polizza. Ho scritto diverse volte, ma purtroppo non ho mai avuto alcuna risposta.
