Do not trust any thing provided within a home report provided by this firm when purchasing a property. The report was inaccurate in its entirety.

There are far too many critical errors in the report to detail on this review. The report is not worth the paper it is written on.
They have cost us thousands.

If you see a fault when viewing - walk away. Do not trust a thing this company say. If a qualified surveyor cannot distinguish between catastrophic faults and minor faults, then clearly their documentation is worthless.

Do not bother appealing to them. There is no point. Go straight to Court.

I was really impressed by the efficiency of the process. I needed a quick turnaround and Arran Leask picked up the request and the survey was done and returned in 2 days! Arran assisted by Marta then made an amendment with no fuss. I’d definitely recommend the company and the individuals named.

I cannot recommend Allied Surveyors highly enough. The home report was arranged and completed within 3 working days, the report was produced and approved within a further 2 days. The Surveyor was incredibly punctual, extremely professional and very friendly. The whole experience was positive and all questions met with knowledge and understanding. I am looking to have another home report completed in the Spring of 2026 and I will not look passed Allied Surveyors in Inverness. Excellent 5+ stars!

Where do I start with the Glasgow south branch particularly Gary his home report skills are dreadful scoring 1s for dampness when basically he couldn't be bothered looking at back of a kitchen cupboard and admitting that this is known issues in houses like this also he didn't have decency to call back and sent a generic email absolutely appalling from this company and this man in particular avoid at all cost this Glasgow south branch

An excellent service that helps reduce the stress of selling a home. Punctual, friendly approachable and open to discussion to explain decisions.
