Best supplement company ever and I’ve been ordering from them since 2011 and other companies are the real scams. Best prices and fastest delivery. They have warehouses on both coasts so would get your products quickly! All the people complaining clearly don’t know how to read policies or understand how billing works. PERIOD

So far so good I made an order for my stash double bergamot black tea which is very expensive everywhere else and they had such a great price I couldn't pass it up. I didn't get tracking right away but as soon as I sent an email they sent me the information I was skeptical at first now I'm going to try and purchase some vitamins that are $45 cheaper than Amazon and hope that they are real but the only way to find out is to purchase them.

I was skeptical of ordering from a website I'd never heard of, but it was one of the very few that said they had the item I needed in stock. I ordered, and within 4 days the item was in my mailbox! Price was typical of other locations. I'm very pleased and will order again from them!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! They pulled the money from my bank account and then proceeded to email me stating that my billing address isn't correct, my bank would not have let the funds out if I didnt have my billing address correct done it by accident before this place is a scam

I ordered 2 x Superior Source 3 mg melatonin. It arrived in Australia in 19 days, put safely in my letterbox. Tracking was great.
I wanted this brand, as I know it gets me back to sleep when I wake too early, when other brands haven't worked. 3 mornings straight now, I've taken the SS tablets around 5 a.m. and gone back to sleep. I can't without them. This confirms to me what I've received is not counterfeit, as some AliExpress and Amazon supplements have been reported to be. I've placed 2 orders so far. Allstar guarantee their supplements are direct from the manufacturers. UPDATE I've placed 3 more orders. No order confirmation or shipped emails received for these. I just got the PayPal emails. (AllStar promise these. I emailed them about this, but no response) I had to go into my account to see the invoice no. and tracking. For my latest order, tracking stopped after it said, Arrived in Destination Country. After that it arrived on Gold Coast in 3 days by Aust Post, which didn't provide tracking. 2 of my orders have included tracking from Sydney.

I'm so glad I found them! Since what I usually get stopped making it, they actually sell it! Before ordering, I emailed and asked if the picture was the same as the actual product, since other places I had gotten it from was an old picture but the new product and I was actually emailed back, some places didnt bother, they were fast to get back to me and very nice and they let me know, in other words, that the picture is what I'll get. I took a chance, ordered one and im so happy I did because it was exactly that! Only prework out that actually blends well and tastes and works great! I just made my next order a couple days ago. Shipping don't take long. I'm so grateful for them! After my 3rd child I can finally get back to working out!

Edit: Spoke too soon about fast shipping. I feel like this writting this before jinxed me. Since I first posted I have order 4 maybe 5 more times and now I feel like they wait last minute to even ship it. But this last time, it'll be 1 week! I ordered in time, like I usually do, so when I ran out, it would usually be here. I'll run out on Saturday! I even ordered a kind a didnt like because they were out of the other flavors just so it would be here!

I am writing from Italy and I can tell you that the shipment arrived with Fedex earlier than expected in just 4 working days.
They are very kind and courteous for customer service.
Very quick to respond to all the emails I sent
I will definitely continue to buy from them

I can't understand the negative reviews. I've been shopping with all star health for a few years now and their products have consistent lower prices and the shipping is extremely fast. I get my orders shipped the same day I place an order.

I would not recommend ordering from AllStarHealth if you’re outside the US particularly in Australia. My experience was frustrating due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I placed an order on January 28th and paid $58.70 for 2 to 5 day shipping. However after weeks of delays my package was stuck in customs with no updates. Instead of assisting AllStarHealth shifted all responsibility onto me advising me to contact FedEx myself to find out what was going on.

After nearly a month with no resolution I requested a refund but they refused citing a vague claim that the package “may” contain banned ingredients something they never flagged before shipping. Despite this being outside my control they provided zero compensation and stated they would only refund me if the package was returned minus return shipping fees.

International customers should be aware that if anything goes wrong you’re on your own. There are far better companies that provide real support and stand by their customers. Disappointing experience.

I order on average about $500 of weightlifting supplements a month. I previously used a place called Bodybuilding.com until they went to a similar format as Amazon prime. Where you only get the lower price deal as part of a subscription plan. I had been a customer of B-com since its inception around 2004.
I felt that it was an insult to be forced into this new format so my business migrated to AllStarHealth. I have had nothing but great experiences with them in the past 5 years, and will continue to use their services. I feel that I can trust the sourcing of their products and vendors. The very few times I’ve had issues they cleared it up immediately. I can’t say enough good things.

I did have a forwarding address form filled out and they did not forward it. The address was not my primary address when ordered in the first place. Just refund my money you cheapskates! They are interested only in your money and they don't care whether you received the product you ordered. They lie, they cheat, and they steal! Stay away from this company.

I like to check out lots of websites and stores for supplements and came across All Star Health. The website looked legit and the prices were very good so I took a chance.
Shipping was faster than expected, the products were fresh, the prices were great and IME they deserve 5 stars.
They delivered as promised in less time and they are a site with a diverse selection and great quality brands/prices!

I agree with the user who reported feeling scammed. I placed an order and was charged immediately, but my order didn't ship. I asked why, and didn't get a direct answer, just a rambling "stuff happens" response. Not a trustworthy vendor.

I ordered two bottles of vitamins, was never sent an email with confirmation, since Oct 29th, nothing, I emailed the company and no reply but yes of course my credit card was charged right away.
NEVER AGAIN.

Hi there I purchased twice yesterday the first time my order didn't get processed through my bank but I tried it again and it went through the second time I had an email this morning saying they weren't sure if I needed both or just one I told them its just the one that's went through that I need not the first one that didn't go through I have emailed to confirm this and not heard anything back I need it sent ASAP I chose 3-5day postage can you please confirm that this will be sent as I need it for next week latest I've tried to call the number given but it's not recognised I think because I'm calling from Scotland please can you let me know asap as otherwise I will need to cancel the order

Have just received my order of 10 Visine Eye Drops and I'm very happy with everything: Swift delivery, great product and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered item from Amazon. No where on the site does it say no return and refunds. I ordered supplements from them. My Amazon account says all deliveries to the rear door. The box was left in the middle of the front door out in the sun. Not put in the shade at the side of the front. I get my supplements and they are all melted together. The content feels gummy inside of the capsules. I go to request product assistance and read no returns. Do not purchase from them on Amazon. They do not guarantee you will receive a useable product.

I typically order Maitake D Fraction capsules from All Star Health. Been doing so for a number of years without any issues. I recently received a bottle with an expiration date of Feb 2025- six months away. I have been using these capsules since 2003 and there's always at minimum one year before expiration. I had the bottle from the last All Star Health order placed in October 2023. When I compared the lot and expiration dates, they were identical. So almost one year on they are selling the same stock. All Star Health is either not selling the product or someone is not rotating the stock. I called customer service to ask if I could swap for a longer expiration because I don't take 120 caps in 6 months. The customer service rep said that because it was within 3 months of expiration they would not swap it and if I wanted a refund I could return it at my expense. From now on I will order from Amazon where the price is the same and returns are free.
