Reasonable service
Took over a week to dispatch and needed a prompting phone call from me. Apparantly they were waiting on Bosch but didn't keep me informed.

Good product but poor customer service
Ordered a black and decker paint sprayer nearly 2 weeks ago and it only just arrived a few days ago even though when i ordered it my confirmation email said up to 3 working days. I chased this up and was told it would take another week! There was no apology which got my back up so i replied saying that if i didnt receive my order the i would like a refund as i paid quiet alot of money and the reply i got back was "ok" which i thought was disgusting. Product is good but there is no way i will be ordering from all tools again.

Slow.
My replacement Bosch lawnmower blade was priced competitively. But delivery was slow,didn't arrive when expected. I chased up Alltools and to be fair it arrived within 3 days after that.
