What a find...
I found Alltools while looking for some handles as they had the best price on the web. I had never heard of them, but I have just received my third order from them and can’t fault the service and despatch times.

My old hedge cutter died in the middle of cutting my pretty big hedge. The new Bosch one arrived very quickly and is powerful, surprisingly light and almost a pleasure to use.

Ordered a 110v 32/16amp transformer, surprised at how quickly this was dispatched, along with good communication to enable tracking. Would be happy to use this company again and recommend

Ordered a bench morticer, was delivered the next day, very pleased with the ease of ordering and fast service, just one small niggle, the wrong instructions were sent with the morticer, in Italian but a quick phone call to Fox soon had the correct one e-mailed to me, would use all tools again though.

Not really sure what I can say about some 300mm cutting discs and some gloves. I have ordered from Alltools previously and promptly received exactly what I ordered.
This is the second time I have ordered from Alltools and the items were again on time and as described.

ordered it on Sunday it arrived on Tuesday packaged well whats not to like, i'm very impressed with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.

Ordered it with next working day delivery, never arrived for the next day. I have asked for a refund, never had one. Safety shoes i bought are brilliant but never buying from here again as I think the service did not meet the standards.

The package arrived exactly when I was told, exactly to the hour! A new experience for me!!

It was well packaged and in perfect working order.

Would definitely use again.

item came through in good time, a simple straight forward service

They advertised goods as in stock however after I placed order and paid got a phone call saying item was out of stock and would be with me in a few days. Not further info or emails over next 10 days so I had to chase. Item eventually arrived and I still ended up paying for express delivery which was not appropriate.

Ordered some bandsaw blades on a Wednesday, never expected I would get them for the weekend. Arrived Thursday, fantastic service, excellent price. First time shopping here, it wont be the last .

Could not ask for better service. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use again

Very good service. Bought 2 t-shirts and a fleece, good quality and well packaged.
Only problem is delivery took almost a week, other than that all good....

My order did not arrive as GB Mail lost it. No complaints about Alltools who behaved very honourably and sent a replacement.

However, the job I needed the item for had to be carried out on time so my purchase was pretty useless.

No point in Alltools being excellent if their carrier is appalling.

Ordered a Bosch Cleaning Head over the weekend, arrived first thing Monday morning, great. But on opening the bag I found the seal on the box had been opened, the box was in a terrible state, looked as though it had been used as a football. The bag with the accessories in had been opened and the body of the cleaning head was broken in two places.
On telephoning 'sales' I was asked to send photo's of the problems. This I did, but I then had to wait until they got a new unit in stock. This time the package arrived in a very strong outer box.
