Very fast from ordering to delivery will be doing business again

Easy to use and goods arrived with no fuss. The only thing was that I didn't seem to get a confirmation email when I ordered.

I ordered a new chain for my chainsaw on Thursday and it arrived today (Monday) at the start of the one hour delivery slot I had been promised. Brilliant service and good price on genuine Bosch part. Thanks guys.

Purchased 2 items from alltools and I'll never be ordering from there again. A few days after ordering with alltools I still hadn't received my items so I emailed them. I got a snotty reply saying they didn't have my item in stock (but the website said in stock) I then was told to be patient and they will be sent out as soon as possible. And I am still waiting now (a month on)

Value of review system is poor as I am asked to give review before it is due to arrive. I do not know IF it will arrive or the quality of spares or service.

Item received day after ordering, no problems at all.

We bought a battery powered lawn mower with 2 batteries. It was much cheaper from Alltools than all other suppliers. It was delivered the next day.

a box of 25 silicone cheap enough so I bought it, it came in a chucked together box bound with gaff tape, not to fussed as I'm quite chilled, then I see the silicone is out of date by a month ok only a month I hear you cry but as a kitchen fitter sealing worktops and joints in date silicone would have made me feel better, I did email you with no response which makes me think you don't care about customer support or just don't care, ill leave it with you, only good point was it came quite quick saying that I did pay for the postage so I expected no less tata for now

Any on-line selling business should be able to supply easily enough, my judgement of a company is how well they deal with issues when things go wrong and you need support. No fault of AllTools but my Bosch Rotak 43li came with a faulty charger - it failed after one charge of a battery. Called up customer services who after asking a few diagnostic type questions agreed that the charger was faulty and advised they would send a replacement and collect the fauty one on next day delivery. Unfortunately I was unable to be there next day so we agreed to deliver it the day after.

It was a shame but the individual who I spoke with, forgot to re-arrange that next day so I had to call again to chase the replacement up. The subsequent next day delivery worked perfectly. That is the only reason to drop a star. Apart from that the team were exceptionally helpful, and the original supply cost of the mower was the cheapest on the net.

I would have absolutely no hesitation to buy from these guys again (almost) full marks.

Ordered a presure washer hose on the Tuesday. Was ready to deliver by the Thursday. Asked to change to Friday which they did. Then got a text estimating time of delivery which was great as saves you waiting all day. Great.
