In Stock status might be flaky - but customer service excellent so far
Bought a Lawnmower from these guys via Paypal. Item was mentioned in stock on the site, but turned out they had to wait for stock to arrive. However, they informed me and kept me updated on the item in question, and the price was excellent. Item now delivered a week later, but considering the prices were better than amazon, I could forgive them this time. Genuine Seller, would use again - just need to get your stock/inventory system in sync with your website guys :)

Purchase of lawnmower online
Order accepted and payment made online with a 3-day delivery promised by email. Phoned after 4 days as no parcel received and no tracking information available, only to be told that item was out of stock and on back order. Waited a further week before making 2nd phone call, told item was still out of stock but expected later that day.
Received despatch notification later that evening and item received the next day.
So, all's well that ends well, but to put a buyer at ease please keep them informed of any delays. A short email and apology would suffice.
