The dress was made of a weird fabric and they refuse to return and just stated that it was on sale even when it was not.
I got this as a gift for my girlfriend. Havent have it to het yet but im very pleased with the gift! You cant see it super goed but you can see enough to love it! The shipping took for me a bit longe. Maybe because i live far away. If you send an email with a question they Will awnser it in abortus 10 hours! I was a bit scared that this was a scam but it turned out fine! Takes 2 weeks to deliver.

I was recommended Allure Jewellers by my friend who has just recently gotten engaged. My friend gave me a thorough download of what to do expect. On the 30th September I went ring shopping with my girlfriend (big mistake I know) we visited various stores in Hatton garden who were okay with what they offered.
Allure Jewellers were the last jewellers we went to see and were the stand out jeweller amongst them all. I and even my girlfriend felt at ease with them. No rush, no forceful selling as they customise based on your requirements. Once I had decided they were going to be the jeweller, Their customer service and communication throughout the process was exquisite.
Really transparent throughout the process on what can and cannot be done. I want to shout out to Zain and Tobi, they really went above and beyond with the providing a ring which went above my expectations but most importantly within budget and the tight timeframes. Feedback on the engagement ring delivered has been nothing but positive. Thanks again - more referrals/recommendations to come for sure!
The whole experience of choosing my diamond earrings at Allure was made enjoyable by the assistance of Toby. He gave me detailed and helpful information and advice in a pleasant unhurried manner without any pressure. I made the decision to have screw posts but when home found difficulty screwing the backs on. I was most disappointed and unsure whether it was worthwhile contacting Toby. I need not have worried - he was sympathetic and pleasant and subsequently arranged for the posts to be changed. I have now received the earrings back and am delighted! I would highly recommend Allure as your first, and possibly only port of call in what can be a daunting and rather overwhelming Hatton Garden.
I had money taken out my bank and no confirmation email. I have now been trying to contact them for two+ weeks to confirm my order with them and I have had no response.

The team were excellence, Toby approached us when we were looking outside in a relaxed manor and was very knowledgeable etc. We went in to review the diamonds they have and decided on a 2ct diamond.
