I was particularly impressed that the ordering process, packaging and product quality were all top notch even though it was a very small delivery as I am not a large company. I placed an order with All White Linens weeks ago, the lack of communication or customer service is really disappointing.
When they finally showed up they had the wrong logo on them, I emailed them and the response was ‘we will collect and refund, thats the end of the matter’ but we have customers waiting for the gowns, no apology or anything. Gowns that we ordered weeks ago (3 weeks is a good lead time and we were advised they would be delivered within that timeframe). At this time of the year it’s really devastating to a small business as we now can’t fulfil orders.
They have refused to respond so we’ve had to contact trading standards. Long lead times is one thing, bad customer service is another thing but to add the wrong logo (we sent artwork over and they added a different logo?!) and now refuse to refund the items or communicate is a nightmare to be honest. Fortunately our normal supplier is sending some next week. We needed the refund to reorder not as a way to get money but so we could reorder with the right logo as advertised on our site! Shambles

Dealt with this customer for a few years, this time she left her order late so was finding any excuse to blame anyone but herself, Totaly unreasonable, I dont need customers like this !!!!, You can read the customer review but the top and bottom is this customer used us while waiting for her other suplier and tried ways to get her money back anyway she could, we lost out from a poor un-organised customer, not to worry we have thousands of satisfied customers who buy time and time again and stay with us, see our website reviews,
Having been badly let down by another online linen provider, I ordered some KS duvet covers for our B&B but I was half expecting another bad experience. I needn't have worried, the items were delivered promptly, were the correct items and were lovely quality. They were also a very reasonable price. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
