Disaster company to buy from!!

Disaster company to buy from!!! I ordered towels, they sent me a sofa/ bed throw. I sent it back straight away about more than a month ago and I am still awaiting for my refund. After phone calls to customer service and emails without any answer, still out of my money. If I could give them 0 stars I will. Don’t buy from them, you have much better options out there.

Phonecalls to customer service are chargeable

Unbelievale that they charge customers for asking questions via a phone call. I've used this company for years, but no longer. They have changed their phone numbers to 0845 which are chargeable on normal mobile phone plans. Their website is unclear when it comes to pillow cases and sizing them correctly to home pillowcases (not hotel) for airbnb, so I called for clarifition. The lady didn't know the difference between trade and shop products and the prices were not reflected on the website that she gave me on the phone. Then the phonecall was cut off half way through and I received a message from my mobile provider saying i had used half my monthly allowance! Never again!

Better than reviews

I was a little apprehensive after seeing some of the awful 1 star experiences people have had but so many designers and hotels recommend this brand so I took the risk. Lucky my experience was much better than the reviews I'd seen. I had quick delivery and no issues with the products at all. I also remembered that most people only take the effort to write a review when its negative as a way to relieve their frustration. I personally don't think this should be the case and wanted to let people know that my order made me very pleased.

Poor quality and not cheap

I just received some towels I ordered, paid around 78.00
I could tell as soon as picked up box they were light as a feather
Thin, poor quality, pathetic, not worth the money,
big mistake on my part taking a chance on a different company.
Delivery was prompt, colour okay ,didn’t wash well.
Will not order from company again

Having read mixed reviews

Having read mixed reviews, some quite negative I then read an article in the Independent Newspaper and they highly rated a particular bed topper so intrigued I looked into this company and found they supply Hotels such as The Savoy in London plus Gleneagles in Scotland, these businesses do not buy inferior products, I took the plunge an ordered a topper, well what an incredible transformation to our bed, it’s now so much more supportive and comfortable to sleep on, I can honestly say since the topper was added 10 days ago we have had the very best nights sleep in many many years it was not cheap at £95 including delivery but I’ve always believed in life that “buy cheap, buy twice” and when you spread the cost over years of use it’s pennies at the the end of the day, and you can’t really put a price on a good nights sleep! So very glad I found this company, will definitely be back for more products.

Very average quality goods and zero customer service, although the pictures of the items on their website look luxurious. No communication - takes ages to get your refund, you pay for the postage back and then you are ignored when you write them e-mails for ages. Products are expensive and not worth the money. Looooong return process.

Not good quality! Very poor!

I ordered a table cloth and runner with a free offer of a second runner. The table cloth was very poor quality, you can see through it. The runner was very badly stitched and had a curve to it. And the "Free Runner" was actually a place mat.

Really not good quality here, they advertise as though they sell quality items. But like many other reviews, these are not good quality and look like they came direct from a sweat shop in the far east!!.

I sent it back (at my expense!!) and did get a timely refund, but I did not get the return postage back.. I would never use this company again. They pretend to sell high end items but what I got was cheap rubbish.

Luxurious sleep.

Very disappointed.

I ordered based on the content on the website, thinking I’d ordered a pair of pillows.

The order stated pillows (plural) and the photo also showed a pair.

When it arrived I only had one pillow and 2 protectors.

Very misleading on the website, and as it transpired an expensive purchase for 1 pillow

I asked for sample swatches for colour…

I asked for sample swatches for colour match which was very useful.I ordered a tablecloth and napkins in Amalfi style and they arrived the next day,paying just the normal deliver.The quality is fantastic and the service 1st class.Thank you,I would definitely recommend shopping with Richard Haworth.

Bad quality, used napkins, awful customer service

Ordered 60 napkins. They’re ok but 2 of them were clearly used (one had a green food stain on and one had holes in).

I complained as these are for my wedding and I was under the impression I was buying brand new linen. Jessica responded TWENTY days later asking me to return them so they could inspect them. They took so long to reply I don’t have time to return them and then wait for a decision before my wedding.

Spent a lot of money on these and they’re acting like it’s my problem! Would never use again.

It's incredibly bad quality

It's incredible, they are the worst towels that I have bought. They are not even worth £1. I advise everyone not to buy it. They are very bad quality, the Chelsea towels and the Luxus Pencil towels. Shame for selling these kind of products

Late delivery, wrong stuff, minimal contact!

We had three orders from Haworth, spending over £2k and it was a combination of deliveries to the wrong place, the wrong items sent but above all, quoted delivery times were never met and no emails sent informing us that stuff would be late, meaning we had to chase - we won't be using them again

Premium towels…

I ordered a number of Premium towels from Richard Haworth. Delivery was rapid and communicated to the door.
The quality was superb.
What most impressed me was the advice for care of the product, given AFTER delivery.
Impressive.

Purchase was easy but product poor. Hampton bedding was very thin, you could read a book through the fabric. I was unable to leave negative feedback, their Feefo feedback looks great!
