Absolutely terrible

I ordered sheets, when they came the thread count was not ad described and the sheets were stained from the cheap ribbon that was wrapped around them.

As they couldn't be used i emailed customer service several times but never heard back.

Do not buy sheets from this company, the price is to good to e true, they are cheap sheets and they may be delivered stained and damaged.

Had to give 1 star. Should me a minus option
Seller contact? Of course not
Lucky paid through PayPal, they saw the pictures and refunded straight away

Ordered 2 large storage bags. Received fine within a few days, as described strong, cotton & zip closure good quality. I only read the Trust Pilot reviews after receiving the purchase and saw that a lot of customers had experienced a poor service and product quality problems, with the company. Sent wrong colour, no return address on package and address on website doesn’t exist on googlemaps. They still have not replied to my chat or email sent on 12/2/25. Have made a complaint to Shopify who are investigating.

This company is linked to Linen and Moore and Fast Tex Ltd - the status on Companies House is DISSOLVED, but they are still taking orders online which they do not fulfil and there is no contact available. They took my money and are now all 3 companies are non contactable.

Unusually, I forgot to check Trustpilot before ordering a set of towels from Bed & Bath Linen so imagine my concern when I got around to reading all the negative reviews.

My concern however turned out to be unfounded. I ordered the towels on a Saturday afternoon, they were despatched the following Tuesday (it was a Bank Holiday weekend) and delivered Wednesday by my favourite couriers, DPD.

The towels themselves are what you'd expect at this price point. Not massively soft and fluffy like the more expensive brands but at this price (£25.70 for a set of 10, including delivery) I can afford to replace them every year if need be (I'm sure they'll last longer than that though).

Was I just lucky or were all those unfortunate shoppers unlucky, who knows? All I know is my items were delivered swiftly and are of reasonable quality for the price.

terrible company, was informed items were dispatched, then told not in stock. refused refund, was lied to and told they wouldn't refund unless I removed honest feedback. total scammers

After several emails, bank got involved. I'd got proof of postage, & note inside return items explaining why. Total cowboys. I'd given an error on one letter, they should have chased it. Oh no ,they had my money . According to their terms, you get your postage refund if items are incorrect. No you don't. Rogue Traders, I want my postage back

Bought two white bathrobes. Both are stained when the arrived and despite three phone calls and two emails asking what to do with the goods they have not responded. VERY poor service.

According to the description on their website I had ordered a super king duvet cover set including pillow cases. What they sent was 2 super king size pillow cases? I tried numerous times via email to get in touch as no returns details included. Finally managed to get hold of them on the phone. Promised they would email a returns label. Still waiting. Very poor service. Will not use again,

Disgraceful service, I'd give minus stars if I could, pillow cases incorrect colour, no response to emails, usually check on here before I buy and forgot!!
Luckily only £11.30 wasted

Returned a duvet cover as not suitable - ignored my emails and no refund received still after 7 weeks. Have proof of return so started a case with Paypal.
Buy elsewhere if you can!!

Truly dreadful company. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Bought two storage bags. Both were poorly made and zips broke within a few weeks. Requested a return and throughout I have had curt/rude replies to my emails. They kept requesting proof that I posted even though the Royal Mail tracking shows the items have been received. I did eventually receive a refund after several emails back and forth. Do yourself a favour and use any other company but this one.

I bought a bedding set for a 4 year old with unicorn and on pillowcases are only hors legs. No head ;)

Absolutely hopeless company. I ordered two bathrobes as a present for a set of twins, but they then contacted me to tell me that one colour was out of stock. I grudgingly accepted a replacement colour, and then nothing happened: nothing arrived, and the tracking number they sent said that the parcel had not even been collected. I chased, and still nothing came.

Eventually I gave up, as the birthday occasion had been and gone, so I contacted them once more and asked for a full refund. At this point they decided for some reason to refund only one robe and sent me the other one (which is useless to me - how can I give a present to one twin?). Terrible curt communication throughout.

The bathrobe I received also looks poor quality, and I honestly would have been embarrassed to gift this. Trust your instincts and shop elsewhere - this is market tat that they are trying to pass off as premium product - and it isn't even cheap!

Avoid at all costs….purchased £260 of bed linen on 22 May which never arrived, despite admitting liability via PayPal they cancelled a refund through PayPal!

Awful!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 4 duvet sets! The quality was poor. Really thin and flimsy even though it said 100% cotton. The thread count must be low but it didn’t say what it was. I returned the sets within the 14 days at a cost of £14! I thought it was worth it as I’d get a refund!! They have now denied ever getting the return and have refused a refund! I’ve lost a lot of money and I don’t have anything to show for it. They are now ignoring all my emails! Terrible products and terrible service! 😡😡

Ordered a pin tuck bed set, advertised a 100% cotton. Looks lovely in the pictures really luxurious and advertised as premium quality.

First of all I understand we have been in lockdown but I’ve had other goods delivered, some slightly later but this was ridiculous.
So I waited and waited after over 2 weeks I contacted them and asked them why I hadn’t had my parcel, I was told to wait it was on its way it’s delayed because of Covid and lockdown. I did ask for a refund as I was getting fobbed off! I explained Ive had other parcels delivered.
So I waited and still no parcel. I then contacted them again and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t refund. But To be fair to them they did send a replacement by 48 hr courier. Hence the one star!

The problem is the 100% cotton pink tuck duvet set. What a load of rubbish. It’s rough and see through its cheap and nasty fragile material with a terrible finish. I did e mail them again and refuse the duvet set but was told that it was 100% and no refund.

So I took it on the chin. I paid a lot of money for a piece of tatty material. It makes you sweat and itch the finish on it looks like a five year old has sewn it, it’s fragile see through rough material. so I had to remove it from the bed and I’ve thrown it out, to use as decorating sheets, because it feel exactly like the decorating sheets I purchased during lockdown.

That duvet set is not 100% cotton. It’s cheap and nasty and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

I did e mail them again but I’ve had no reply, they have just ignored me.

I do not recommend them. I shall not be buying off them again. Disgusting customer service.
