No problems as all, had some delay of delivery confirmation from their courier but they made sure it was fixed.

Spent a few weeks deciding on which company to make my purchase and am so glad we chose All Your Floors.
Price was good and so easy to order as you just enter measurements and the quantity is calculated for you. They also show the price with and without VAT. A lot of websites showed their prices without VAT which I found off-putting.
I left my message in the box provided and to my amazement, received a call (very nice and friendly person) the very next morning (I placed my order in the evening) and as promised, my flooring was delivered the next day.
What fantastic service, which is something that is quite rare these days.
I most certainly will order from them again and will be recommending them to my family and friends.
Oh......have not managed to lay the flooring yet but just sneaked a look and they look good, as expected.

I recently bought flooring from allyourfloors
And paid extra for am delivery ie before noon
(1pm),
I waited till 1-15pm no delivery so I called
Allyourfloors to see where my floor was.
The lady was very polite and helpful and said she would call me back when she finds out where my floor was.
She told my delivery would be to me between 3-30pm and not before noon as paid for.
She told me no one had told the driver my delivery was for am, and she will re- emburse
The difference( I am still waiting for £15. + Vat
To be paid back in my account)
When the delivery finally turned up at 3-45pm,
Written and enhanced in yellow pen on the delivery note for a AM delivery !!
He said he had to many AM deliveries.
This was my first time using Allyourfloors
And it will be my last due to the delivery people they use.
Back to UK direct flooring for me!!

I ordered my floor on a Wednesday, saying that i needed the floor delivered on the Friday and can you get the driver to ring me 1hr prior to delivery, as we are starting to lay the floor on the Saturday AM.

Reply - Yes of course, not a problem.

The delivery was the Friday, but the driver only phoned when he was at the site, made everything a rush!

I've placed three orders and delivery was immediate. Quality of the product was excellent. The real wood layer on the engineered floor is the thickest I found anywhere. I lost a piece of flooring and All Your Floors were good enough to send me another without charge.

Real Oak Floors sent me a requested sample of their UV oiled solid white oak flooring very quickly, and gave me a super price and delivery, so I ordered 90m2. All phone calls with the office were polite and friendly, and the service representative was well informed and helpful. Delivery was made as promised, and I look forward to living with the floors for the years to come. Can recommend 100%. Thanks!

Ordered on line about 8.00am.rang office at 9.45am.spoke to a girl with a lovely wallasey voice who told me my order would be delivered next day.it was and a very helpful driver as well

We had so many dilemmas when choosing our floor for our new kitchen. The team at All your Floors, in particular Simone and Des went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the right choice for us. We received knowledgable advice and practical help and were always made to feel like valued customers even when we had not decided to make a purchase yet. Despite umpteen phone calls, Simone was always friendly and extremely patient. Thank you so much, we are delighted with our floorboards. They are still stacked in the hall acclimatising but I can't wait to see them laid and will email a photo when down.

Ordered a engineered hardwood floor which turned out to be superb quality. I needed a few more packs to finish the job a couple months later and spoke with Simone who I have to say was completely brilliant in making sure my order was duly despatched and also gave me a couple of courtesy calls to make sure everything was ok.

Staff helped me with several queries I had before and after placing my order, and pulled out the stops to find me some stock of a wood which was low in stock at the time.
