All Your Floors 

I was seeking some special material for a flooring project and ceiling at my country address. I was given the Email and phone number by someone who is a soft furnishing specialist. When I phoned ALL FLOORS the phone was answered by an ANGEL...I nearly forgot what I had phoned about, but in a blink (not a wink) of an eye she directed me to absolutely the perfect solution product for my project, and arranged delivery... which was completed and delivered to my isolated location in the mountains of North Wales ... The delivery driver was brilliant having to negotiate a very slippery muddy steep tracK; I also received a very comprehensive brochure of interesting/engaging floor products. p.s please note the "angel" is not interested by emeralds , only by large first quality diamonds.

Quality goods, size I wanted, delivered rapidly.

Despite being one of the cheaper engineered oak floors on the website, the whole floor looks beautiful. The colour and the grain markings are very attractive. It looks exactly like solid oak flooring.

Went for some engineered wood flooring for our kitchen refurb. The free samples arrived very quickly, and the subsequent full order was turned around within 2 days. Delivery could be a bit cheaper, but overall this was made up by the excellent value for money on the wood itself.

always a risk buying over the internet, but the samples looked OK and the distance selling regulations (right to return for ANY reason within 7 days) gave me enough confidence to go ahead.
Well my heart sank when the flooring turned up. It was a different colour to the sample (much darker) and every board I unpacked was bowed like a bananna!
I was minded to cancel the whole thing but I have to say the way all your floors (silly name?!) dealt with the issue made me stick with it. They suspected the original sample was labelled wrong so sent out 2 further samples overnight and sure enough the one I thought I was buying was a different order number. They then arranged a new batch and collection of the old one. New batch was fine and am now very pleased - well done Des Tucker!

I spent an awful lot of time shopping around for an affordable floor after over spending on our house refurbishment. After many hours on the internet and wearing our shoe leather I came across theses guys. They were very helpful, honest and gave loads of advise. But best of all, the price I paid for my floor was at least 10-15% cheaper than anyone else!

the delivery came when they said it would and everything was present and acounted for.

Good product and excellent customer service. Customer service (Alan in particular) was extremely friendly and helpful at initial ordering stage and also when I had an issue when only part of the order arrived (I believe due to problems with the courier not the supplier), but a quick phone call sorted that out. Would definitely use this company again.

Floor is fantastic hands down brilliant 5stars, delivery gets a big thumbs down as first lot was stolen in transit! Please pay extra for one 2 one courier service no depos or warehouses.

I ordered the floor online and it was delivered in less than 48 hours. Wow! However, before ordering I rang them to enguire about the length of the wood planks, only to be told that they average 73 cm and couldn't to give me the range. When the wood was delivered, I found that the range was 30 to 90cm, the longest pieces are only 90cm. This is bad. When I ordered flooring from other companies in the past, the longest pieces were 180 & 120 cm which made them look nice and were easier to fit.
Also, I found a label inside the box written in Chinese! When I cut the wood with mitre saw, the edges splinter like soft wood does, and this is meant to be oak!
Shame about the quality of the goods!

I had been searching for the right type of black american walnut for a while and was lost, confused and totally gob smacked by the prices being charged in high street shops!

I then stumbled upon all your floors and requested a few samples - we settled for the engineered black american walnut but were uncertain of the quality especially when basing it on such a small sample. A lot of shops warned me of purchasing online as the quality and service would be substandard...

The delivery was scheduled for 75 sq metres - took a day off in the morning and waited...and waited...no delivery even though I had paid for a before noon slot. The delivery eventually arrived at 2.30pm and the driver wouldn't even help unload. This was the worst part of the whole process.

Des and Kate were on the phone and apologised profusely - these guys are great. Refunded my delivery costs - result!

The wood is amazing - and to boot it was the same brand as the one marked up by 40% in the shops!

Very helpful staff, had to change our order at the last minute and they were fine with this and gave us good advice. Order came quickly and the driver was very friendly, even helping bring the boards into the house to make things easier for us.

Excellent service......good product...definitely use again

They communicated with me from the start, delivered when they said they would, the only snag is they left the £1400 of flooring in the front garden behind the hedge without checking with me, the builders might have been away but still it could have been bad. This might have been the delivery guys though as the communication from the sales team was excellent
