All Your Floors 

I ordered engineered oak flooring on the internet after speaking to Des at the main office.Like most people I was concerned about the product which would turn up. The flooring arrived the following day, a little late but a phone call to Des directed me to the courier who gave me an update> This was then followed by a call back from Des to check that all was ok. The flooring arrived along with acoustic underlay. The click engineered oak flooring was easy to lay, I laid 40m2 in a day on my own. The wood looks great and the acoustic underlay is worth a little extra cost I would reccomend anyone to use this site and or the office contact.The service is how it should be and used to be, I will place all future orders with this company and am interested to see that they also offer other products . 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH

The quality of the Honey Oak engineered floor was as good as any of the many samples that we compared before buying and was half the price of the big brands such as Kahrs.
We were a bit let down let down by the logistics at AYF, they missed my request for premier delivery and I had to ring them to ask what was going on; however, customer service was top notch - the flooring was delivered on the day requested and the price of delivery was refunded.

Communication from All Your Floors was prompt and courteous. We were advised when delivery would take place a few days ahead and then were phoned half hour before delivery. Staff delivering our floor were efficient and courteous. The premium oak flooring we bought is excellent quality and the price was competitive. Would highly recommend this company.

We were delighted with the engineered oak we bought for the ground floor of our home and have since purchased more for another property we own. We are about to modernise a 1930's house and will be calling 'All your floors' again without hesitation. We were remembered by Alan who guided us through what we needed, calculating the cost as we went. The delivery was swift and the product is superb (as the sample was). We could not find engineered oak of this quality for the price elsewhere.

We quickly found the product we were looking for on a very good web site. The price and delivery costs were very competitive, calculating and ordering was easy. The flooring and adhesive was delivered before the promised date and the driver off loaded to exactly where we needed it.

We purchased a white oak lacquered floor (127 x 18). Although not as white as expected the engineered tongue & groove planks were of excellent quality had a super smooth finish (no filled knots) and fitted together with just the right fit. I would recommend this flooring to anyone.

The service was excellent , the flooring is now fitted and looks great, makes the two rooms brighter and look bigger than before, we are so pleased with it that I have just ordered some more to continue the flooring into the hallway.

Order process was simple, all communciation was poliate and efficient and the price was significantly cheaper than in my local shops! Very happy with the experience overall.
