Honest and very reliable. All my questions answered promptly this is a refreshing change to most other companies.
John was able to give me the best comparison information about my purchase of a leisure battery, he saved me over £100. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Batteries.

ordered a Relion 100ah lithium battery, and paid extra for next day delivery. Not only did it not get delivered the day after the next day but I received a call saying my battery had been sent to someone else. so having wasted 2 days of work waiting for a battery that never came I cancelled my order.

Since my original review AB have not only provided an upgraded battery with a discount but proved professional, polite and genuinely keen to provide a positive outcome for me. I'm certain now that, as they have said, my issues were a one off and their response deserves a much higher rating than 1 star. Thanks AB, I'll definitely come to you in the future!

I could have bought my battery charger for £5 less on Amazon (they had £5 off their usual price) so ordinarily Amazon would charge the same as Alpha Batteries. I chose to get it from Alpha batteries based on their customer feedback and because I had a question which they answered over the phone. Also, if I ever need to make a warranty claim I feel more confident that the process will be easier and more ‘human’ than the automated Amazon experience. Have you ever tried ringing Amazon!!!

The charger I ordered came very quickly and effort had clearly been made to package it so well. There was no way it could have been damaged even with rough courier handling.

Ordered two leisure batteries on a Monday, delivered on a Tuesday, had them fitted in my motorhome on Wednesday. Great service highly recommended.

I have bought two batteries from Alpha, one leisure and one for my car. Both speedily delivered, top quality, excellent warranty period and great price. Not that I buy this type of battery often but I will definitely use Alpha again.

I could not find a local supplier for leisure batteries I needed to replace in my camper van. I found Alpha Batteries online and I am very glad I did.
I contacted them by telephone as I needed to be absolutely sure about the size of the two batteries as they needed to go in a compartment under the driver's seat,
Alpha Batteries could not have been more helpful and took my order over the telephone. That evening I learnt my road was to be closed for 2 weeks so had to contact Alpha Batteries again to change the delivery address which was no problem for them. The batteries arrived promptly, on time, excellently packaged and have now been fitted.
I found the whole experience of purchasing from Alpha Batteries easy and stress free. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to other camper vanning friends.

Delivery was as advised and product as described. I emailed a technical query re my new batteries and had a rapid string of very technically competent email replies over the course of one afternoon. Superb service and have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

They were very badly let down by utterly useless courier xdp.co.uk who could not be bothered to deliver the 1st battery or even accept responsibility for the delay and problems they caused

ordered a Lithium Battery charger @14.20 Yesterday and arrived TODAY @0805 this what I call service.(from the Midlands to Bristol.) they deserve a 5 Star rating I shall always deal with this company in future. cannot thank them enough...

I was searching few a new leisure battery. First I had an on line chat which was very helpful. I needed to fully understand all the options and these were well explained. As I am fairly local I picked the battery up from Rochdale. Again a few more questions and the actual battery was decided upon. Very very helpful all the way through.
