Previously only ever done PCP for a car, but decided to go down the leasing route this time around, as never purchase the car at the end of the period anyway.

Like everyone else's reviews here, my experience from start to finish of the leasing process was excellent. Amber was extremely responsive to all my emails and enquiries and the car was delivered as promised after 14 days (due to the cooling off period on the leasing contract). Their pricing was competitive and metallic paint was included at no extra cost unlike some other leasing companies. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

My first lease and the service was exceptional. Alex made the process so easy and seamless and I can see that should I have any problems at all he would respond quickly and genuinely want to help. Absolutely incredible customer service from Alex and the team at Alpha. Once I had decided on the car Alex provided multiple quotes for me so I could choose the best option regarding mileage, maintenance & monthly cost. I was kept up-to-date with the lead time & other general enquiries. When my first choice colour wasn't available I was put on a reserve list for it - fortunately it did become available and I was over the moon!

From start to finish the process has been seamless. Don't go anywhere else as I'm sure the Alpha team will be able to help you get an incredible car at your budget.

From first enquiry to delivery of the car, Alpha could not be faulted !
Amber was professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with. Delivery was rapid - 14 days from application to car being on my drive !
And the inclusion of a dash cam and safety pack (high vis vest/de-over/scraper/and other items) on delivery of the car was a lovely touch !

Wanted to lease a Peugeot SUV and chose Alpha because they claimed to have cars in stock in a choice of colours. Signed all of the papers and agreed the deal, but no car was forthcoming. After much chasing, it transpires that the car was not in stock and that I would have to wait a further 5 weeks to get the car. I cancelled my order. It was doubly inconvenient as I had sold a car to make way for this lease car. Having just read the reply to this review, should I be amazed that the reason my (in-stock) car wasn't available was down to Peugeot UK, COVID and a shortage of semiconductors?
The shortage of semiconductors, or microchips, only affects car production at the factory. It has zero impact on a car which is claimed to be in stock.
COVID has become the go-to excuse for just about any failure, and Peugeot UK are blamed for added impact. The simple fact is that the car in question was described as 'in stock' and I was given a choice of colours. That was a blatant lie.

Alex was fantastic!!! She was very efficient and professional throughout the whole process - she responded to all my queries in a timely manner which was extremely helpful as this was my first time leasing a new car.

Cannot recommend enough! We had never leased a vehicle before so made lots of enquiries (as you do) with different companies; most of which gave us the 'sales talk', constant calls and offers that were then 'unavailable'. Not Alpha Contracts; they are highly professional, no sales banter, transparent, upfront, straightforward, polite, professional and no hidden extras / admin fees or pressure. Alex who dealt with our lease was thorough, updated us in a timely manner, always answered our questions and was a pleasure to deal with both over email and telephone. The process was quick and easy, and because of that, we have used them again for our second lease hire!!!
