3 out 4 items ordered out of stock, so I paid postage for 1 item as it had already been dispatched before I was told about the 3 missing items

On November 22 I bought a jacket on your web site for 470e. But i accidentally ordered the wrong size. I noticed this as soon as I pressed the button and in the same minute I sent an email to your Customer Service(15:08) but they responded to me at 15:49 that they have already sent it by DHL and that the package is with them and they cant do anything about it. But DHL took the package at 18:40. Package is delivered to my office and people who didn't know anything about it took it. You can look at the emails between me and CS. Everything that I asked they answered with no. Can i change size: no Can i just change Jackets without money transfer and buying again : no Can i get your HR email : no. I don't know what the point of CS is? I believe that this email is going to have a generic answer as always. Happy to have feedback. We are sorry, happy holidays bla bla. Holidays are ruined for me.

The best coat I ever tried on, the shoulders are high giving my body a sexy silhouette!! Extremely warm, I dont need a sweater under, I just wear a T-shirt and go out. There is 1 problem, the UK customs fees, VAT and courier handling fee, I paid £75 just to release my Alpha Industries bomber from Parcel force. I should've went to House Of Fraser or Selfridge's. The coat though, is 10 out 10 for warmth, fit, design, best purchase I made in 2022!!!!

Had problems with delivery (UK) caused by an external delivery service. However, customer service has been very helpful and I was given a full refund on my item. Thank you Alpha Industries!

The Mrs got me a jacket as an early Xmas present, happy days. A little over 2 weeks later, still no sign, eventually a letter from Parcel Force comes through the post saying I owe £60 in import fees, which is just over 40% of the cost of the coat, if I'd have known this in advance, I'd have gone elsewhere. I was actually planning a few further purchases after the jacket arrived, knowing what I know now, I'll be steering clear until things change.

I know all the fault isn't on the supplier, living in the UK these days means that longer delivery times and customs charges apply. But this is a remarkably large charge and wait time (3 weeks in total). I work for a company with a warehouse based in the Netherlands, high ticket items that ship within 3-4 days and without taxes (even to the UK).

If you want repeat customers and a decent word of mouth, I'd have a serious look into your shipping and logistics practises. Product is 5* and I'm not giving it 1* like the cry babies below who clearly have no grasp on couriers and logistics.

Guys I make my order for over £300 and still waiting, CD099084499DE it is my tracking number, from week it's stacking on 1st of 6 stages delivery.... what is going on?
