I was very pleased with the professional approach. Paul is one of the nicest Man and so was his staff. The came when they said they would which is very hard to find nowadays.love the carpeting and the flooring very beautiful job the worker who installed both flooring and carpeting was amazing . If your looking for a very good quality and service Alpine One is the place to go you won't regretit.

We worked with Alpine to get shades for our new home. They came out to measure right away. We had to go to the shop to get the samples but they loaned them to us for the weekend. Took a bit to get them cut but were installed promptly. I love my blinds and will have to do a phase 2 for the rest of the windows (once we agree on the color for the rest of the house) we will stick with Alpine since they did so well the first time. There were little communication things that I would have liked to have been handled better but overall we are happy.

We had a vinyl floor installed by Alpine Carpet One. Although the layout of the cabin was funky, they did an extremely professional job. Six months later, we had an accidental flooding of one of the rooms. We called Carpet One immediately to remedy the buckling, and again, they couldn't have been more accommodating. Service and quality of work was exceptional.

We are very happy with everything. Will use Thomas and Alpine again.

Had new flooring installed in Laundry Room and Vertical Blinds in Family Room. Both installers were punctual, friendly and professional. There was a slight problem with the length 0f the blinds. When I notified the store manager he had someone here within a few hours to rectify the problem. I am very satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

We used Alpine Carpet One to put in hardwood floors and carpet. Later we put in more hardwood and had them back. When we moved 50 miles away we paid an extra trip charge to have them put in flooring and carpet in our new home despite having more local companies. Can't say enough positive. Great company with excellent customer service

When I visited the store, I needed a two room job done quickly. I did not expect it to get done as fast as I wanted but was pleasantly surprised when I had a couple of options that fit into my time frame. Manager came out to the house that same day and took measurements and I had an estimate in my email later that evening. Upon acceptance, I was told the installer would be at my house between 9:30 and 10:30. At 9:45 Alpine called me and informed me that the installer was held up and might be a little later. This was no problem for me but I really appreciated the fact that I was informed of this sooner rather that at 10:30 ! The installer did a wonderful job and vacuumed up before he left. I would definitely do business with Alpine again and will recommend them to others.

We've been working with Norm for years and once again he pulled the job off on our time schedule. Both Norm & his staff did a great job.

Sales guy was super nice, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It took forever to get the carpet, but once in we loved it.

Absolutely pleased with the product and the installation! Cherry Coleman Laminate! Looks just like hardwood. Paul has been very helpful and responds quickly. I highly recommend Alpine One in South Lake Tahoe!

We had Alpine Carpet One install the carpet in our old home and were very pleased with the job quality and the price.
As a result, we had them do a rather minor carpet repair in our new home. The service was fast and we are delighted with the repair work. The price was right and the service man was polite and competent.
We are now having them quote on redoing our entire lower floor and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing flooring replaced. Thomas, in particular, is knowledgeable, honest and is a long time local resident who we trust completely.

As a home owner since 1975 I have never had a better experience with with carpet buying. My situation was unique and complicated with the limitation of installing carpet padding over a concrete slab sealed on top with a polyethylene vapor barrier. This was done during Radon mitigation. I asked for tech support from the SF Bay Area to Reno. Paul and Norm answered questions and worked with me. Carlos and Henry were very experienced and installed my carpet mindful of maintaining the vapor barrier. I had called Specialty Carpets at the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and their installers could not or would not help me with the best way to adhere carpet padding without using solvent based adhesives.
