Excellent job
Paul made the whole process easy, even from a distance of 3000 miles. He made great suggestions, paid attention to details, and made sure we met our deadline. He even helped us out with complications from an unrelated project. We highly recommend Alpine Carpet for any flooring needs (we purchased hardwood, carpet, and tile for our remodel).

Happy with Service
Thomas as wonderful to work with.Very service oriented. We had some issues with the product from the factory but they made it easy to address. We'll definitely be back for the next home improvement.

Hard workers did beautiful job
We recently had engineered hardwood installed in our home. The installation team, Luis, Sifredo and Christian, worked very hard to correct major subfloor issues and did a beautiful job installing the hardwood, They were conscientious about covering furniture and keeping the dust down as much as possible. I will gladly recommend Alpine Carpet One to friends for their future flooring needs.

Thomas at Alpine Carpet in South lake Tahoe is absolutely the best! We have purchased remants used for living room, carpeted entire vacation home (2,400 sq. ft.) and have never been disappointed with the level of service he has afforded us! Would definitely recommend

Excellent service - I highly recommend Alpine Carpets
We are thrilled with the service we received from Alpine Carpets. We had a very challenging situation with our open stairway. It needed to either be replaced or significantly modified.
From my initial contact (a request over the phone for a rough estimate), to getting samples (on a Saturday), to solving the problem of joining to upstairs laminate and downstairs tile, to getting it installed on a very tight timeline (as part of a significant main floor remodel); we were very pleased.
The other suppliers I contacted were not able nor willing to cooperate the way Alpine did, nor were they available on Saturdays (very important to us).
I highly recommend them. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional, from the front desk, to sales, installation, and production.

Good to do business locally
