Quick and professional

So far I'm very happy with Altitude Sports I purchased a coat for my wife for Christmas unfortunately it was to small. The return was super easy and I'm hoping the size I did purchase will fit better if not we have one more size to try hopefully they have stock as everything seems to sell very quickly.

Very professional and courteous online support. The agent (Amy) took the time to assist me, asked the right questions , then applied a price match without any issues.

I contacted Altitude Sport via email and received an replyvack to my email within a couple of hours. Ryan went over and above by offering me free return as I was a first time customer asking for a refund. I will refer and shop Altitude Sport again and again as I was most impressed with their customer service.

My experience over the years has been that Altitude Sports offers excellent service on products sold by Altitude. Fast delivery, returns & refunds & a fast response time from customer service with any questions or issues. I did a fast Boxing Day order on boots I had my eye on, and immediately noticed wrong colour! Customer service (thanks Alex) set up a fast cancel & link to reorder with my preferred colour. Thanks Alex!

Horrible experience! Ordered coat for my daughter for Christmas, ordered early November never arrived , blamed carrier , asked to reship item to new address closer to them in hopes of getting it in time , constant run around blaming 1 day ferry closure for waiting over a month , offered me 25$ off to repurchase same item to ship to new address worst experience ever gave 1 star coz no lower option !

I have been a loyal customer of The Last Hunt for several years, and overall I am very satisfied with my experiences. My purchases have always been great value and the quality has consistently met my expectations.

With my most recent order, I paid an additional fee for quicker delivery. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered within the expected timeframe. That said, The Last Hunt’s customer service was excellent. They handled the situation professionally and promptly refunded the extra delivery fee, which I truly appreciated.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds, and The Last Hunt did the right thing. Because of their strong customer service and the consistently great value of their products, I continue to shop with confidence and highly recommend The Last Hunt to my friends and family.

No order received after waiting at home everyday for a week. I have wasted an entire week of my vacation being told it's out for delivery but clearly it is not coming. There is NO tracking information whatsoever, they cannot find the package and they will not isue a refund. I have lost hundreds of dollars at no fault of my own. This is not legal. SCAM COMPANY

I had an issue applying a credit and could not solve it but Christophe fixed it in one minute.

Chat was very easy to use.

Might need to add a send button, tell the techies.

Altitude is consistently a great site to shop on line along with Last Hunt, of course.

I attempted to use their advertised price match guarantee. A competitor had the identical item with a 20% discount code displayed prominently on their homepage - available to all shoppers.
Altitude Sports rejected the price match, claiming they don't honor competitor promo codes.
Their price match guarantee sounds good on paper but is designed never to apply in real-world scenarios.

J'ai tenté d'utiliser leur garantie d'ajustement de prix annoncée. Un concurrent avait le même article avec un code promotionnel de 20% affiché bien en vue sur leur page d'accueil - accessible à tous les acheteurs.
Altitude Sports a rejeté l'ajustement, affirmant qu'ils n'honorent pas les codes promotionnels des concurrents.
Leur garantie d'ajustement de prix semble bien sur papier, mais est conçue pour ne jamais s'appliquer dans des scénarios réels.

I’ve been a member for years. Amazing selection, really good sales if you’re patient enough and as a member free returns so you never find yourself stuck with or regretting a purchase. I love this place

carries better stuff when most retailers are removing them from inventory. Way to go

Horrible experience dealing here for Xmas. They dont stock anything and direct ship from mfgs. They dont list items not in stock but sell them anyways.
Expect 10 days to get a shipping notification .
Close to a scam company but they do eventually slowly process refunds once they waste weeks of your time
Stay away

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE and make the same mistake I did. I was meant to receive shoes over a week ago. NO tracking from the company and they can't even reach the delivery drivers or team. That means my shoes are likely lost but they won't refund me, track down the package or send another pair. I will have to wait until the day they finally admit the shoes are lost. I've seen this happen on several other reviews today. I cannot believe this company can get away with this!! Either refund the items or provide proper tracking. Don't just ask your customer to wait weeks until you finally hear back from your drivers!!
