Our AirPods ear tips are sold individually as a single set in a sealed bag, not in a box. This is why they may appear to be “out of the box” upon delivery. What you received should be one complete set as described.

Great product, but frustratingly slow delivery.

I’m really happy with my new MacBook Air—it’s a MacBook with extra RAM and a fantastic machine. It arrived in perfect condition. However, the delivery process left much to be desired. It took 25 days (nearly 4 weeks) to arrive. While I’m glad to finally have it, the wait time was much longer than expected. Love the laptop, but Amac needs to work on their shipping speed.

More than a month to receive my…

More than a month to receive my MacBook. Customer experience was fine, with quick response, but limited visibility on the state of the order. Three days before the actual shipment the customer service suggested that I’d cancel the order and buy somewhere else.
You need to tell your clients earlier if an order would take so long.

Ik ben ontzettend teleurgesteld!! Ik wil niet dat mijn bestelling wordt geannuleerd!!!! Ik wacht sinds zaterdag op de bezorging van de telefoon!!!!! Je hebt mijn tijd verspild op zaterdag, en toen liet Amac me weten dat de bestelling op maandag (13 april) zou worden geleverd!! Nu vertel je me dat het plotseling geannuleerd zou worden!! Kan iemand deze puinhoop oplossen, alsjeblieft????? Ik heb een tijdsdruk!!! Bezorg mijn telefoon zo snel mogelijk!!// I am extremely Disappointed!!!
Suddenly they cancelled my order!! Problems is: I don't want my order to be cancelled!!!!!
I have been waiting since Saturday for the phone to be delivered!!!!!!
You wasted my time on Saturday, then Amac informed me that the order would be delivered on Monday (13-April)!!!
Now you're telling me that suddenly it would be cancelled!!!
Can anybody fix this mess, please?????
I have a time restraint!!!! Just deliver my phone As Soon As Possible!!!

Lack of communication!

I bought 2 laptop sleeves, waited for almost 1 week with no communication from amac. I had to call their CS and turns out one of the sleeve is out of stock with no confirmation on when it will be back in stock. Ridiculous.

The package arrived in terrible…

The package arrived in terrible condition. I understand it might be shipping company’s fault but amac packed the item very poorly. I ordered over 600 euro worth of apple watch and they prefered to pack in a cheap box. No surprise why it arrived damaged . I did not accept the package and send it back. I contacted their whatsapp customer care and no reply. I hope they will contact me for refund.

Not the first time I had a bad experience

Not the first time I had a bad experience
I bought a few products in this store within a few weeks. Every time I went there, the same promotion seemed to change, even though I have been told it will not. Bought the same product for me and my husband the same week, different days. I have been told different things about promotions, how my data is handled. Furthermore, when rational questions are asked, we have been met several times with the response I can go somewhere else, I do not have to buy here, even when I just had a few simple questions. The promotions shown online change in person, depending on who you talk to. Apple store offers a much better service and much more helpful. Would not reccommend.
