Overall, I had a very positive experience shopping online. The website was easy to navigate, the product information was clear, and I was happy with the range of products available. The prices were also reasonable, and ordering online was convenient and straightforward. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

My first time ordering from Amart, will also be my last. I placed an order in early January 2026 and still haven’t received. Very disappointed with customer service team and rude customer service. The worst service and I am telling all my friends and family not to order anything from Amart.

From floor staff to delivery. Every person was very friendly, honest and professional.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and there honestly isn't much we could suggest improving. From researching online through to visiting the Ballarat store and making our final decision, the whole process was easy, relaxed and enjoyable.

The team gave us the right balance of helpful advice and space to make our own decision without ever feeling pressured. If anything, our experience has completely changed our previous perception of the Amart brand.

Keep doing what you're doing — the Ballarat team are a great representation of the business and have certainly earned our confidence as returning customers.

Great products and very easy and quick delivery

Great service from sales to delivery! And a great product too.

The delivery was scheduled for Saturday morning. To accommodate this, my wife and I cancelled our plans and remained at home waiting for the delivery. Unfortunately, we received no communication from the delivery company throughout the day. The delivery tracking application did not provide accurate information and continuously changed the estimated delivery time.

At approximately 4:00 PM, I contacted the delivery company to seek an update. I was advised that someone would get back to me shortly. However, no one contacted me. Around 5:00 PM, I called again and was informed by another representative that they could not contact the driver, the dispatch centre was closed, and they were unable to provide any clear information regarding the delivery. I was further advised that they did not expect the delivery to occur that day.

Despite this, the delivery team arrived unexpectedly much later in the evening. After they left, I discovered that a part of the order was missing. I contacted the driver directly, and to his credit, he returned at approximately 10:00 PM to deliver the missing item. The driver explained that he had been heavily overloaded with deliveries that day and apologised for the situation. While the driver was professional and apologetic, his assistant was unfriendly and unprofessional, not responding even to a simple greeting.

To make matters worse, upon unpacking the furniture, I discovered that the edge of the bed was chipped and damaged. I will now need to spend additional time returning to the store to resolve this issue.

This experience caused significant inconvenience and frustration for my family. What should have been an exciting occasion of receiving new furniture turned into a stressful and disappointing experience due to poor communication, missed expectations, the missing item, and the damaged product. In particular, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service provided by the delivery company's office staff.

Amart Forever - I have been an Amart Tragic for a long time - in QLD and now WA. All my replacement or additonal furniture needs I check out Amart first. Good quality, good service and easy payment options

Great service and very helpful

From the moment we stepped in to store at Amart nunawading we had been greeted by Mini lovely lady helpfully and made the process very easy. After selecting the recliner she spoke with her manager and got us a further discount of an extra $50 which every dollar counts in my eyes. Delivery was fantastic time frame always great, Harvey Norman next door in the furniture seconds to take a page from Amart and Minis book.

Excellent store, great furniture on a budget. Easy going customer service.
