Discount codes are not redeemable
I like the items that Ambiente Direct is offering. However, the discounts that the shop is offering are not redeemable. Every time there is an error or they are limited to an unknown group of items. The customer support is very slow in sending the responses and you always have to remind them to send you an answer. They also ask the questions twice instead of asking everything at one email in once: why to ask for a screenshot of a mistake on the website after 2 weeks instead of asking the customer to send it immediately in the first email?

Terrible customer service
I made a purchase in this store on 02/10/2023 with a delivery time of 4/5 weeks after purchase. And after a lot of demands when the delivery period arrived, they rescheduled a new delivery period for 04/12/2023.
And so far there is no shipping information on the purchase and the store does not respond to emails.
This store does not deserve poor service and does not deserve any trust.

Delivery and status update.
I am not sure how they are delivering products. First order came very fast, so I decided to order more products second time. And status is Auf Lager apart from one product ,1-2 weeks but already are gone and no I formation and no delivery. Not sure what will happend on the end. Happend 2 years ago as well. They just returned money ,but they didn't deliver.
