I have bought from AmbienteDirect many times in the past, and have always been happy with the products , packaging and delivery time. I would suggest they open an account with some one like Revolut, making payment directly easier with bank transfers.It would be very use full for the international shopper.I am getting things shipped to Denmark and in the past to the UK.

Very very very disappointed with the…
Very very very disappointed with the service. My item didn't arrive fully and was missing an essential piece 2x times I've ordered it. Custom service blames DHL and takes ages to figure out where it went missing. In the meantime they don't offer you any other alternatives. You have to call and follow-up on your request yourself.
It's been 2 months since my initial order and I'm still waiting for the solution. For such premium platform I would expect a real custom service - reactive and solution oriented.

It arrived broken but customer service was below normal
1. The delivery time was much longer than advertised.
2. The product arrived broken and with damaged packaging.
3. We had to send photos of the damage 3 times.
4. They then insisted we could only get a replacement if we purchased additional new packaging and send the (big) product back to them.
5. They wrote to us in 3 different languages - French, English and German.
Overall a bad experience. Could not recommend this company.

Perfect design store
The store is very organized, they are very fast and responsive. The products are perfectly packaged and of course beautiful. The selection of products is great. The service is great. This is my favorite design corner.
