Unclear Communication
I made an error with my postal code. Unfortunately there was no way to switch it, which I understand. However, the sales representative wasn't able to tell me how I can re-purchase the item once it gets back to the office. It was on sale now it's full price... They weren't clear if I would still even be able to purchase it. Communication wasn't clear.

I'm surprised this site has such a low…
I'm surprised this site has such a low rating. After placing the order, I saw the rating of the site and frankly, I was a little worried. Because I ordered a filter coffee machine and kettle to take abroad as a New Year's gift, and I was afraid that my order would not reach. I reported the situation by sending an e-mail, and the next day was answered and it was stated that the shipping process had started. The products were brought to Vienna in 2-3 days without any problems. In other comments, maybe order problems to more distant countries were mentioned, I don't know that part. Maybe they didn't take into account the waiting time for an out of stock product. Both items I bought were in stock. Also, I got a quick response by writing my status in the contact section on the site. I can recommend it.

Item not available - payment not returned
I placed an order on 27/11/22, this was paid immediately via a bank transfer.
Soon after I received an email saying that the item sold was actually not available, that is of course unfortunate but can happen.
However today 16/12/22 I still haven't received the money back for the item that Ambientedirect couldn't deliver. Also I haven't received any replies on my emails of 2/12/22 and 12/12/22 and their customer care is not reachable via the dutch phone number.
Keeping my fingers crossed on getting my money back.....

Big bulk order, no communication. Please respond!
I have placed an order that was paid for on 27.07.2022 for a bulk amount of furniture. Someone from customer service was very communicative from the start and while placing this order, but this completely changed after the order was delayed. We were supposed to receive our items 6 weeks after payment - meaning September, 2022 but this was pushed to 17.04.2023 at first. I immediately sent a message to customer service, who responded and told me to look into it straight away - but never responded to any of my e-mails afterwards. The delivery time changed to 20.01.2023 afterwards and because this is still way more then six weeks I contacted her again. I have not received a reply ever since to any of my four emails, all a few weeks apart. I have contacted customer service through e-mail on 24.10.2022 after trying to call them for many, many times. The call was disconnected many times, even after waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes. It is impossible to reach you AmbienteDirect and I want to know what is happening to my order. It's a huge amount of money! Please REPLY to my e-mails straight way.

Missing parcel for 1000 Euro order already paid
My parcel for 1000 Euro order already paid, was not delivered and was sent back to Germany with no reason. My parcel is at the moment somewhere (where?) between Belgium and Germany and no real assistance from the AmbienteDirect customer service is provided. Shameful.

I purchased 8 x Fermob Sun lounges via Ambiente, over 6,000 Euro spent , in August 2021.The sun lounges started falling apart only a few months after delivery. Photos and numerous emails have been sent as per request by customer service , since May 2022, it is now November 2022 and I still await a resolution , an answer - this company is not to be trusted. Do not deal or purchase from this company. Despite been told they would call back , email back - I am still waiting !
